Great tool, great support
Comments: overall the tool has been a great discovery, i think is one of the best platform for travel management, and the in depth analytics allow for an efficient cost control
Pros:
the tool is very easy to use both from admin and user side, but the customer support is the real deal here. Both the commercial and the technical support available from the platform are irreplaceable
Cons:
sometimes travels failed to be completed due to seats being already taken, is a minior issue but one i hope travelperk will be able to fix soon

Comments: For the user, the tool is very intuitive, great usability, very easy to use without training.For the travel manager, the tool has many configurable policies that guarantee control and compliance.Customer care service is fast and efficient.

complete waste of money

Pros:
I have paid for what I was told was a weeks accommodation at a range of hotels but I can’t get a location nor dates and the deal offers 3 days only. Not what was advertised. Also boho cruises are few and impossible to get, especially for front line staff when leave is not flexible. A complete waste of time and money.

Comments: Customer service has been fantastic since the beginning - our sales rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was fantastic and helped us loads during setup and since then 99% of CS reps have been superb at solving problems fo us
Pros:
Product is very intuitive for travellers to book travel that is within the companies budget and travel programme. The approval flow is extremely simple and centralised billing is super easy. The concierge service is great
Cons:
The lack of flexibility can be super annoying. On the premium feature it is setup so that TP get as many premium fees as possible so if you are booking a trip for 3 people and some need train travel to the airport and some don't you need to make a separate booking. Or if they are not doing the exact same nights in a certain hotel. I get why they do it but if TP really care for customer experience they will fix this (they are very adamant they won't be changing this)

Comments: Our CS was really nice, tried to answer our problems, but the system itself wasn't good enough.
Pros:
It is easy to use when it come to pick your flight and book it.
Cons:
You can find flights in google and not in the system, which can give use loosing money. Costumer support was not good, very slowly and a lot of the time got an answer that nothing can be done.
Travel Management tool and agency
Comments: In general terms I'm a common user, and I have to say that my experience during these 5 years is very positive. I have no complains about the user experience, the rates, the customization, the support team. I booked trips for individual employees, groups and myself, and the experience has been always positive.
Pros:
The user experience is very positive: the navigation, the steps when you create an event, a trip, when you invite a new user or archive an old one. Is very easy to complete your settings and deploy your company policies and approval steps.There's a special kudos for the support team: changes, cancellations, time modifications, dates, upgrades... all these are very common, but the support team is always there to help you by chat, by email and they always have a solution.
Cons:
Basically, there's nothing to complain about. THe product is always growing, the product team is available to receive comments and chat about new features and impressions. Your agent manager is available 100% and you can ask all that you need.

I used travel perk for several years. I was in charge of implementing it in my company and create the travel policies and self service process.
Before that we used traditional agencies and we had 2 people fully focus on booking trips.
Once I implemented Travel perk we did a self service process and those 2 people were able to put their work on something more valuable

Maybe the billing section was not as good as other parts. For example, once we had credit in our favor but I was able to see how I was expending that credit and I had to ask the account manager all the time
Great online travel tool!
Comments: Overall, TravelPerk is easy to use and is fast and efficient. The follow up reminders for upcoming travel is also a great benefit!
Pros:
I find TravelPerks easy to use when booking travel for multiple people, or for trips that require multiple locations or services (such as hotels, transportation, etc)
Cons:
I have found that it occasionally difficult to compare flight pricing information across multiple airlines.
Where are all the True Reviews? This site is a joke.

We have had non stop issues.
Booking requests taking weeks to be confirmed.
Booked flights being canceled and receiving no notice from the Travelperk on need to change days.
Hotels being confirmed and paid for on the Travelperk end and not actually being confirmed our paid for by the 3rd party platforms like Booking, or Hotelbeds being used by TravelPerk.
Flight modifications request taking days to process.
Customer Service is basically worthless. I've had to hound our account rep to get anything resolved.
Pros:
The back end of setting up travel policies and tracking travel is decent.
Cons:
Too many to list. Trip confirmations have taken us up to 5 days to receive (that after hounding our server reps). Good luck getting help from a competent customer service rep if you have to modify a trip or if you have a issue like they never actually booked or paid for your hotel like they confirmed. This site has turned into a nightmare for our employee travelers and I would caution anyone considering. Their service is so unreliable and plain bad.
Great service - your travels will be 100% under control
Comments: Spending very few time arranging perfectly my weekly trips is a huge advantage in terms of time and money for me and my company.
Pros:
The easiness of usage, from PC and mobile phone. So good to get such a quick flights overview, combined with a real time booking for cars and hotels as well. Good also that all loyalty cards/numbers area automatically loaded!
Cons:
Perhaps more reaction from customer service by suggesting other routes once you have a massive delay/situation on a flight
Easy to use tool
Comments: I really like how easy it is to to use. I need to use the phone app more, but as I have everything I need off the desktop version, I typically don't need to, but what I do like now is the app alerts me with gate information and reminders of flights/trips.
Pros:
With little training on the use, it was very easy to pick up the knowledge on how to use the TravelPerk tool. Easy to search for flights and hotels and keep track of my travel.
Cons:
I need to use the phone app more, but so far all features have helped manage my travel with ease.

We use the bookings feature and it is great and simple to use. Great searching capabilities, and integration with company policies and payment methods works fine

Too many requests to rate the experience. I think one at the beginning and one at the end should be enough

The whole experience is easy with Travel Perk, the website is friendly and switch between search is quite easy, the offer given is also good, and the range of prices normally very good.
Cons:
Sometimes we need to refresh the system do not lose information, sometimes take a bit longer to confirm availability and right at the end of the process I need to refresh.
Smooth flight booking process

- integrate with airlines to know the check-in status, and display this status and check-in data in TravelPerk - maybe adding some resources about the flight process (allowed bag weight, online check-in process, general guidelines for first-time travelers) would be great, this will make the user doesn't need to navigate to the airline website.

Comments: My experience with TravelPerk until now is really good, as mentioned before it made my travel planning much more easy and relaxing.
Pros:
Made my business travel planning much easier on my own end and for the approval process to pass fluently.
Cons:
Not much that I didn't like. I'm just disappointed that some features like which airplane seat I'm going to sit on is being payed. Would be nice if it was free, although I'm not sure if that has anything to do with TravelPerk.
A tool so simple to use that you will never go back.
Comments: Implementation has been easy and flawless. It has helped us manage our Travels and Expenses like never before. Great UI and really simple to use. Monthly invoices, good pricing and probably one of the best customer support out there.
Pros:
UI is beautiful you can tell how much work has been put into their web interface and the simplicity of booking trips is stunning.
Cons:
Sometimes, their suppliers (Hotels) will insist that you pay your room before leaving although it has been paid already. Adding a function in the APP/ confirmation E-mail with the voucher so you can show it to the hotel would be perfect.

I used to book my flight tickets to switzerland and was all very easy

Train tickets could include maps and routes in a google maps fashion

- There is no search by airport acronym. - The home page is too simple and lacks a section for alerts or important information. - The home page could have links to quick help, FAQ or similar.
Indispensable!
Pros:
Given how there are almost no boundaries today, being able to book travel online through the company you work for is essential. Travelperk allows just that. I've used it through my company and through an event organizer when I was invited to speak. Flawless experience beginning to end .
Cons:
It might be that I don't know how to do this, but I've tried searching for stays where I been before through TP and it doesn't bring them back. If there's another way to find those, then I don't know it :) but it would be great to see Hotel Goldmarie in Berlin as a first result when I search for it, instead of using it as a starting point.
Poor customer experience
Comments: It is a nice platform as long as everything runs ok. Once issue appears, they just blame their partners instead of solving it.
Pros:
Fairly automated option for manging your business trips
Cons:
Poor customer support, they are just a reseller, not bearing any responsibility for possible issues.
