Comments: While the UI and the setup were slightly complicated, Zoho Projects helps you track your projects efficiently and in a detailed way. It gets the job done!

Pros:

Small businesses need to keep track of each project individually at a micro level and Zoho projects provides a pocket friendly way to do just that.

Cons:

The UI and set up are too complex, would have been nice to have clear youtube tutorials or an AI that could set up the tasks for you.

A very powerful tool and very easy to use. The software itself is great.

Cons:

Pricing - I had only 5 users accepted in Zoho projects and the software kept insisting to push me to the paid tier. Support in AU time zone would be good.

Cons:

One aspect i might have liked about Zoho Projects could be its Task Management feature. This feature allowed me to create tasks, assign them to team members, set deadlines, and track progress all in one place. The ability to break down projects into smaller, manageable tasks and visualize them through Gantt charts or Kanban boards might have made project tracking and team collaboration much more efficient.

Good System with a lot of features but not very easy to use

Comments: Works for smaller projects and a few tasks. Time tracking is very good. All in all system works but we are managing 350+ projects and it is sometimes hard to get a good overview.

Pros:

Good project management system which fits in to all the other Zoho modules. Has basic features for user, task and project management. Frequent updates are helping to move system forward.

Cons:

Complicated setup for task and projects. Some essential features for project management are missing like showing project durations or easy Gantt views. AI integration not usable yet.

Cons:

One downside of Zoho Projects is that it can feel a bit overwhelming initially due to its wide range of features, which might lead to a steeper learning curve for new users. Additionally, while the platform integrates well with Zoho's suite, integrations with some third-party tools can be limited or require workarounds. The mobile app, while convenient, could also use some improvements for a smoother user experience.

Comments: Using Zoho books has been great and really improved our output in the business.

Pros:

The ability to tract my time, expenses, and also link to the accounting software is really a game changer.

Very practical but hugey underrated Project Management system

Comments: Zoho Projects has been a great addition to our PM efforts company-wide. As an expanding company, it's been wonderful to have a cloud-based and easy to use system where we can manage our tasks and projects. I think it's on par, if not better in most areas compared to other project management tools out there. I wholehartedly recommend it if you're not happy wth your current PM tool

1. The UI is very simplistic and easy to navigate even when you have lots of projects and dozens of task under each one. Compared to other PM tools, it's a lot easier to connect the dots with Zoho Porjects.2. It plugs right in if you're on a Zoho environment which is a great side benefit as you don't have to spend time or worry about issues with the integration

Cons:

It's not as well-known as some of the other PM tools like Monday and Asana, so there's fewer support docs and ideas online. We could've benefitted from the ability to exchange ideas with other Projects users.

Pros:

Zoho Projects is one of the tools which I use on a daily basis at workplace. I like that it automates over 80% of manual workflow.

Cons:

Zoho Projects has all the capabilities that I yearn to use on a daily basis and they are all easy to customize and use.

Comments: Zoho Projects is a viable resource for my business, it helps me visualize any project progress and where is the hold.

Pros:

When have multiple projects to deal with Zoho Projects helps you manage all of them easily to make sure they are finished on time. I really like that i can integrate other apps, like Microsoft 365 or Dropbox easily without any problems. Keeping track of the progress and resources needed on all tasks is important for a good workflow. Is important for to be able to assign staff from from other projects if a deadline is coming and keep track if any resources is needed. It is easy to use and assign tasks and easy for the staff update the progress.

Cons:

There are no drawbacks to Zoho Projects in my opinion.

Best Project Management apps

Comments: Awesome!!! My team that never knows or had zero knowledge about project management apps were basically having easy time to use it with small amount of time to adjust.

Pros:

What I like the most, is that it's much easier to use and especially introduce to workers that never even know or grasp any project management apps is. Not too mention the fact that it is very easy to train the team that having limited IT capability or knowledge.

Cons:

The only weakness that I encounter is that I can't customize the project number id and task number id.

In some times i get confused when I working in the dependences because I can See all the tasks so I don'd remember all the adjacent tasks. It makes a bit tedious.

There are great things to say about Zoho Projects such as low cost, ease of use, and feature set. The premium plan is around 5 USD per month - per user. This is a much better value than anything else on the market. Another option is the free plan. Little to no training is required to use Zoho Projects. That could save even more on cost. Gantt charts and the in-app task timer are convenient features. Other features include budgeting, time estimates, resource management, and guest access.

Cons:

I haven't encountered anything negative in my experience thus far.
