Pros:

The system is very easy to use and they were able to link up with our EMR. Our account manager was helpful and was able to get me customize several things.

Cons:

Aside from the initial sales pitches, we had a terrible onboarding rep. He didn't answer his phone, he didn't train us, he didn't know how the features worked.

Makes Social Media Reviews Very Easy to Track

Comments: You can respond to reviews immediately, especially bad reviews.

Pros:

It's very easy to use and I love the email notifications when you get a review... especially a bad review.

Cons:

Could have more analytics, but that's not a deal breaker.

Pros:

How it is organized, and how it helps me be more efficient by allowing me to manage all of my your social media activities easily, across all my locations, from a single platform.

Cons:

Reputation.com is a very extensive product, so it can be overwhelming to learn it all at the adoption level. But as I used it more and more I have learned to make it my tools, and they have become invaluable! The integration with all the platforms - had a couple of glitches with a couple of the Social Media platforms at the beginning, but its functionality and the support team made sure it all came together.

Comments: Dealing with accounting has been the worst experience I've ever had with any accounting team. I've been on this product for over a year now and not once have I received a correct invoice. The amount of time I've wasted going back with accounting is insane and they are not clear about what is wrong.

Pros:

I love the reporting aspects. I am very happy being able to pull metrics on reviews and surveys. This really helps us make changes and improvements within our company. The word cloud and key word summary are the two most important surveys I have and they are proven very useful. The review response feature has also been very helpful and saved us a lot of time.

Cons:

It seems that the functionality breaks semi-often. When we put out a survey the results don't always come in for us to see them. The social media tools could be better. I would love to see a planning/grid option for Instagram. This would help us manage this better. Also, the set up process for our survey program was very taxing. Plus their help desk was not very proactive about fixing the product for us. It can take weeks to get a survey functioning properly.

Wonderful Product with Great Flexibility

Comments: I have had amazing experiences with Reputation. Sometimes there can be some small quirks or glitches in the software, but the benefits have absolutely outweighed the negatives. I have had other social media management platforms reach out, but no one has yet been able to offer everything that Reputation has.

Pros:

I love the content library and user system! This makes Reputation stand out from all the other third-party social media softwares. This has allowed us to truly create content that is easily accessible to all users to be able to share with their social media audience. Reputation is always ever-expanding and constantly implementing new features!

Cons:

The software can be glitchy every now and then, but overall this isn't such a detrimental issues.

Comments: We've had a very positive experience with Reputation.com since inception. That is why we continue to open the door to new rooftops using this platform. It's easy to set-up, easy to use and they continue to look for progress with their platform. It's not a stale/static product by any stretch of the imagination.

Pros:

Reputation.com has been a part of our portfolio for 6+ years and has expanded across multiple rooftops over those years. It's an easy to use and understand platform that continues to update and evolve its offerings to include the latest relevant information to help you monitor and manage your online listings, customer sentiment and social media pages.

Cons:

As they expand the platform, it's become very built out versus what it was just a few years ago. Moving around in the platform isn't as easy as it once was, but that's most likely due to user error and comfortability with new features.

Comments: I dont think my day to day operations would flow easily without reputation. The easy to navigate dashboard and time management it allows is wonderful. I consider it a must have tool.

Pros:

My biggest take away is that all of my reviews pull in one place. I have cut down so much time by having everything in one place.

Cons:

I dont currently have any cons. If anything it would be cool to see if they offered more support on negative reviews. this does not change my experience.

Reputation has supercharged our business

Pros:

Reputation has given us the insight to enable our teams to identify pain-points, areas of inefficiency or poor service and remedy them - both improving our customer experiences on-site, but also online. It's been invaluable when managing a vast amount of sites and their listings online, all in one easy-to-use dashboard.

Cons:

We've come across a couple of things that haven't worked, but the teams have been quick to fix anything flagged.

Comments: it's been great from the beginning, and we're now in our 8th year.

Pros:

The dashboard is easy to use, the personal customer service is unmatched among all my vendors

Cons:

from time to time their access to specific review dashboards gets cancelled. Haven't yet determined why.

Great, but Can Use Work.

Pros:

I enjoy how simple the software is and it gives me what I mostly need to execute my job. The layout is straight forward, I can send surveys at ease, review results at ease, and retrieve the data at ease.

Cons:

What I like least about Reputation is the survey builder and understanding which features are what. Also, I would like if there was a sent history of when I send surveys to keep track of it. There really is no means on tracking your sent history besides getting a banner at the top each time you send a survey.

Comments: When I first started at my company, it was difficult to make any changes quickly that would benefit our clients. It is getting easier to customize what we need from Rep.com as time goes on. Similarly, I didn't have such good luck in finding a customer service manager who could answer our questions fully or timely. I'm pleased to say that too has changed and not only do we get our questions answered - but also we get a heads up so that we are not caught flat-footed when our clients ask us something that we should have known ahead of time. Rep.com has made great strides in 3 years - and I look forward to even more improvement.

Pros:

Being able to customize the review request surveys we send out on behalf of our clients.

Cons:

Creating or customizing reports that mean something to our clients regarding their reputation is difficult to do.

Social Suite and Easy to use

Comments: I use it to boost properties rep scores and having rep x give me the details on how to do just that.

Pros:

The product is made keeping up with social media, generating the content, and scheduling posts simple for all the onsite teams and me I train.

Cons:

Sometimes the program can be cumbersome because it has so much functionality but that is also a good thing/

Solid reputation management platform with some limitations.

Pros:

Reputation does what I need it to do in the property management industry. Responding to reviews is so quick and easy. I like that all reviews come into one dashboard, and the prefilled responses make it so quick. There are so many options for reports and you can even make custom ones if you can't find what you're looking for.

Cons:

I wish some things on the back end were easier to set up. Not everything is self-explanatory and some things support has to fix for me. I do wish it was easier to send review requests to customers - that's something Reputation is lacking. It would be hugely helpful if they had a passive/automatic way to requesting reviews. Overall it's a solid reputation management platform.

Comments: The quick requests are about 90% of my usage. That has been very helpful to me and online reputation

Pros:

Getting reviews online has helped my practice grow in a very positive way. Reviews help me get feedback that is good and bad. My employees know they need to treat patients with dignity, respect and the utmost professionalism or they may get named negatively or positively in a review.

Cons:

The I pads for reviews constantly don’t work. Customer support numbers constantly change and it may take time to find someone to return my calls and fix my problems. Once I get the correct employee they are always very knowledgeable and get the issues resolved

Comments: Rep.com has helped us consolidate our customer sentiment of our entire portfolio all in one place.

Pros:

Rep.com offers intuitive reports that lets our company track performance of all our portfolios. This is just one of the many features rep.com offers

Cons:

reports are a bit clunky at times and could use some more abilities for customization. (I may just be being picky with this.)

Comments: Overall it is a nice tool but could use work on the customer service, and making more platforms like Instragram available to post on.

Pros:

It is fairly easy to use and the reporting features are nice to have.

Cons:

Too many clicks on having to upload and pick which platforms you want posted. I do not like the newer version, makes it more difficult with the extra clicks on which platform you want posted. Sometimes the pictures post sideways for no reason why and tech support has not been able to figure out after many times happening. Not very quick response time.

Review of customer support

Comments: In the beginning they went over and above to assist, now I feel like we are a bother every time we ask for help.

Pros:

I love the reports it generates and how easy it is to send out email reviews. However, we would like to be able to bulk upload text messages as well.

Cons:

The customer service we had early is the process was so much better than it is now. I feel like they don't want to help you get new providers added and they throw this huge list of to do's back on us when they could simply copy the exact information from another provider. The spreadsheet is extremely difficult to work with. There needs to be a better format for adding new providers

Comments: Aside from the invoicing and billing dept. being a mess and mixing up our invoicing on multiple occasions, we are happy with the product and our customer rep is great!

Pros:

An all in one solutions for both reviews and reputation management.

Cons:

The social product is lacking some features compared to it's competitors. Only one photo and no video for instagram.
