> **Pros**: The HubSpot Integration is \#1 and the chrome extension has actually proven to set this solution above the competition. It was important for us to be able to communicate with our customers in a personal way and TextRequest was the only solution we found that integrated with HubSpot in a way that promoted live and natural sms engagement.

> **Cons**: I was initially concerned about the use of a chrome extension but that has turned out to be a positive and important aspect of what makes TextRequest the best solution for me and my team.

> **Pros**: The ability to schedule messages makes sending messages easier and more convenient. I additionally like the platform's layout; it is pleasing to the eye and makes locating contacts very straightforward.

> **Cons**: I'm not too fond of the resolved feature, ideally, it helps you to keep an eye on conversations that may need to be handled at a later time, but the fact that you have to select resolved after every reply can be cumbersome. I am also not a fan of the incoming message notification chime ( it does sound off until you open the platform, which is a good thing), it does not always sound and there have been many occasions that I missed or was too late responding to messages because I received no notification.

> Overall, it is a nice platform that is easy to use and provides an uncomplicated way to communicate with others.

> **Cons**: Notifications do not always send alerts, it is not possible to import multiple contacts and the keyboard controls are not intuitive.

> Experience with TextRequest overall was "mid", there were many glaring UI issues, on top of what was already mentioned. I normally tell students to text me when they need help, but with TextRequests notification issues, I have had to resort to having them call me, which makes juggling multiple conversations very difficult.

> It's pretty easy except for the Contact List not being functional.  I need to be able to import a list of contacts.
