N2F will try to sell (in a compulsory way) you their remote setting/configuration service. And be careful, that's the starting point of problem....... > > We are happy client since 2021 with N2F App. In 2022, we wanted to expand this App to our sister company in Germany. And that is the starting of the nightmare. We've contacted 2 N2F salesmen , both suggested us to opt to "Advanced" level for multi-companies. But one tried to sell the remote setting/configuration 700€ as an obligation; while the 2nd sales told us that it's completly up to us. As there is no much progress with the 2nd sales, we ended up with accepting paying 700€ for the setting service to upgrade our App frop "Entreprise" level to "Advanced" level. While remote setting, the consultant finshed half-way of the setting, and stops for asking more extra setting fee. We don't agree, as the consent price (signed by contract) was 700€. As we refuse to pay more, N2F stops the setting uncompleted, and stops all communication with us.
