Very comprehensive platform. As an enterprise client we can use a lot of their different tools that integrate with each other.

Sometimes the interface has little issues, but the support team is very responsive and addresses them quickly.

Comments: The structure of the interface is very simple and easy to understand. It was easy to figure out what each section was for.

Pros:

Gives me full control over how I want my scenes to look, on other animation sites, you can't even edit the colors. I also get creative points using this instead of recording myself for projects. Support team is very responsive and helpful. Shout out to Giftson

Cons:

The time limit 😑. Please increase it to 5 minutes. Give an option to basic users to pay and download their video instead of paying for the whole month 😞

Frustrating Experience with Animaker

Pros:

Honestly, there's not much to like about Animaker when the basic functionality is so unreliable. Even if the features seem promising on paper, they’re overshadowed by constant lagging and crashes. It's hard to appreciate anything when you're stuck refreshing the app and losing progress repeatedly.

Cons:

I had high hopes for Animaker, but it’s been nothing short of a frustrating experience. The app constantly lags, making it almost impossible to get anything done. Every time I try to create or edit something, it freezes, forcing me to refresh the page and start all over again. It’s incredibly time-consuming and unproductive, especially when you’re in the middle of a project. The lagging issue has been persistent, and it seems like there’s no fix in sight. For an app that's supposed to make animation easier, it’s doing the complete opposite. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you enjoy wasting time and pulling your hair out. Disappointed! 👎

Comments: As a producer of marketing videos for our business, my experience is very pleasant and good with the product. I feel that the use of the software is very simple and clear, there is a very large variety of templates, figures and other tools that I can incorporate into the products I develop in the software.

The software is easy to use but could be easier if you could edit the timeline by layers

Animation for the non animator

Pros:

Easy intuitive features, and design. Simple to get started and create much more advanced animations than you thought. Allows beginners to create compelling content without a lot of knowledge or skills in animation and without a tool bag of other tools.

Cons:

Sometimes there is lag, bugs editing. Fairly pricey, and they break AI features into other products like Steve.AI and hit you for upgrades to higher levels. More complex move animations aren't documented well, and no forums to review how others have achieved certain effects.

Comments: I'm a amazed by the product. It is simple to use and well thought of. I feel like like it can be used to create any type of video a customer may need.

Pros:

-It allows me to input my own music to use in videos-The animations are amazing and I love their movement. They also have a wide range of customization options-It is online which gives me access to all my projects where ever I am. I don't need to install any special software or libraries to begin with the video editing.

Cons:

-The video rendering/ publish process takes sometime.

Do Not Recommend. To expensive for Enterprise Subscription and your still LIMITED!!

Comments: DON'T purchase this, I HAVE OPTED TO USE RENDERFOREST, AND I ONLY PAID $369 FOR A YEARS SUBSCRIPTION.

Pros:

At first I liked Animaker for the animations, creating characters etc. But when I bought the Enterprise Subscription I lost faith in this company.

Cons:

$1500 AUD on special for 1 year subscription.. They did not tell me that I wasn't given access to anything with the diamond on it in the images and video's. I told the girl [sensitive content hidden], that I want to use the video's for my ministry. she said Enterprise is the best plan. Load of rubbish!!!Also once you try and search for an image, you literally have to scroll through 1000's of pictures you CAN'T use to try and find one that you're able to use. Time is so critical and this program WASTE's ALL MY TIME, ENERGY, MENTAL STRAIN, and EMOTIONAL STRESS!!.

Refund not returned. Got the run around when I requested cancellation

Did not use it. Less than 2 weeks. I have the email thread showing run around.

None. Error in my judgement when I paid subscription for a whole year. These guys, are introducing distrust into the industry.

Comments: I have been able to use this software to create animated lessons for students as well as entertaining presentations when conducting teacher seminars.

I love the tutorials and the wide variety of animated characters, animals, and objects available for use. The music, sound effects, and transitions are all compelling.

This software has no problematic features, and I have yet to discover any negative aspects of using it.

For me, It's easy to use and I enjoy it because of this I can create an excellent video and attract more clients. I'm happy about it. I can pursue my animation skills.

I wish after we got the starter or any plan. The ready-made template, intro, or so on can use it without the watermarks.
