> **Pros**: I have been working on assessment for about 20 years and tried most of the tools available. My big challenge to both customers and candidates is the content. Either it is too few or too many dimensions being measured. It is very rare that one size fits all. Here we finally have an assessment that can be customized to each individual role in each unique organization. Great People Inside has also succeeded with its intuitive portal that makes the setup and organization of the tested people is very easy to learn. The fact that the products are also GDPR ready are also very positive.
