Easy to install, integrates with our CRM system and support gets back in touch with immediately. Not mention we received 6 reviews in a month.
I was worried at first that clients leaving a review would be put off by additional requests for reviews on other sites but that hasn't been an issue.

Simple Web Chat And Review Platform
Comments: We love Broadly, it's a great web chat and review platform for small businesses.
Pros:
Very affordable way to introduce web chat, therefore getting more leads. Also a great way to ask for reviews via email or text.
Cons:
You cannot build advanced conversation bots using their web chat, it's just a simple response and then manual follow up.

Pros:
Broadly makes it easy to manage your customer relationships. You can easily respond to leads, answer questions from existing customers and/or follow up with shoppers after a visit. It has been an invaluable tool to generate reviews and grow our online footprint!
Cons:
Not much, Broadly had satisfied all of our needs!

Product Changed
Comments: We will be switching to a platform that has access to more review options. More user friendly for the customer.
Pros:
Hoenstly, I have most enjoyed our rep, [sensitive content hidden].
Cons:
The product I was sold is no longer the product that is being used. It now only focuses on google. When we joined Broadly the reviews were supposed to toggle to whatever platform the customer used most often.Also, it's not possible to delete past employees from reports.

Comments: We have only had broadly for a month or so but so far we love it and cannot wait to see how it progresses our business.
Pros:
We love that all of our communications between Facebook and Instagram are centralized.
Cons:
The marketing campaigns are lacking and just because you respond on the broadly does not clear the notifications on the other platforms.
10/10 recommend going with broadly

Pros:
how easy it was to start getting more reviews. It was instant, We received more than 15 reviews in the first month. It gives an easy to find appointment confirmation in our shop software.
Cons:
I would say there is nothing that stands out at this time we are unhappy with.

Good service for less than the other Big Box Brands
Comments: Cost effective and performs just as good as the other more expensive review services we used to use 4 years ago.
Pros:
Notifies us immediately upon a review posting on social media platforms or google. We are able to respond effectively and mitigate any damage to our reputation or publicly thank our customers.
Cons:
The customers have the option to ONLY give us a thumbs up. Professionally speaking, customers breeze by this when looking for a contractor, and only read full reviews of our services.

Avoid Broadly
Comments: I widely promoted this software with peers and consulting clients in the service industry until this experience, which is so frustrating. I'm leaving the service disappointed with their support of clients during the Covid crisis, I was hoping to continue using it now that business is resuming and it's so disappointing to find businesses not do their part in supporting the small business community trying to stay afloat during this challenging time. It's ironic that a company based on soliciting quality reviews is so bad at customer service.
Pros:
Overall Broadly was easy to use for my staff and a friendly interface for our clients to use.
Cons:
I just had a 2 week battle with Broadly over their billing during the COVID crisis. I terminated services by phone in March of 2020 when everything took a plunge and re-started services this month. When I re-started services, they back dated my payment for the months of April-August when I had suspended services and wasn't using them. They charged me $2000 for months I didn't use the service and refused to issue a refund. There was no usage history during the months in question, so I wasn't attempting to run a scam or anything of the sort, I just wanted to reduce operating costs when business was non-existent. I told them if they refused to refund me for the months that I didn't use their service I would be disputing the charge with Visa and terminating service. They offered me a $500 refund instead of apply the payment for months I was changed when I didn't use the service to future months to keep me as a client. I just canceled my subscription with the service as it's not included with my software fees.
Worth it!
Comments: Overall Broadly has been very easy to work with. If I have a question Kaz is there to answer it for me. It is a great piece of software.
Pros:
What I like most about Broadly is how easy it was to set up, how easy it is to use, and how easy it is for customers to use. We have been using Broadly since 2019 and it has helped our clients tremendously. We are able to respond quicker and meet the client where they are. It has helped raise our google reviews and ultimately help new clients find us online.
Cons:
I have not delved into the mass texting/campaigns yet. I would love to be able to send one text message to a bunch of leads letting them know about a sale. I think the review request from Broadly should be more frequent that first week of service.
Great for driving reviews!
Comments: Overall very good. They are responsive to problems when I have one and (try to) work with my business software management program on integration glitches.
Pros:
The ease it provides the customer to leave us a good review - and the way it "redirects" an occasional negative experience so that we can address it.
Cons:
The delivery of the website "chat bot" messages, the website "Contact Us" form or email via the website, and "text messages" that come from I dont know where - all coming in via the Broadly app.

Broadly Makes it Easy to Improve your Customer Experience
Comments: Overall, Broadly added incredible value to our company not only with review requests/gathering but gate-keeping the negative to some degree to allow us a chance to fix any issues we could. Broadly also ended up having additional features that were we not anticipating using but ended up being wonderful additions to our customer experience.
Pros:
Broadly allows us to not only request reviews but to do it intelligently. We are able to upload emails lists with problem customers omitted so we are getting the best chances for positive reviews. We are also notified when we have negative reviews so we can respond quickly and try to save the experience. This has turned many would-be sour thoughts into very positive ones. Another feature that unexpectedly came in handy was the ability to text our customers through this platform.
Cons:
Our team often wishes that Broadly had templates for messaging customers, especially for texts. It would also be nice if we could choose which review platform we would like to be prioritized (I.e. Yelp vs BBB vs FB vs Google).

Broadly Customer Portal Interface Review
Comments: Overall, my experience with BROADLY has been good. It is easy to use, and it is a great platform to be able to SMS/text message & email customers all in once place.
Pros:
I really like the SMS/text & email features on BROADLY. It is really simple to navigate the BROADLY portal, and the customers seem to enjoy being able to reply via text message; it is quick, and easy. I also like that BROADLY integrates with my Pest Control Scheduling/Billing software program.
Cons:
I do not like that I am not able to send invoices or connect my payment processing up through BROADLY. I do see there is an option to send customers invoices.
Not practical for all law practices
Comments: costs too much for the limited features we use it for.
Pros:
Our law firm does not have access to all of the broadly features, yet we pay the same price. It would be better if we could send out mass emails from different lists each time and if we could delay text messages (to be sent to our clients at an appropriate time based on their time zone).
Cons:
Poor customer service. We would request help and not hear back for a long time (or until we followed up). We were not able to use the payment function. The bulk emails were not useful to us either, because you could only use your current contacts and not change the people who are to receive the emails base don different lists.

Customer Experience Management
Comments: Exceptional
Pros:
We use Broadly to measure our effectiveness when it comes to creating an exceptional customer experience. We set high response rate goals for our team which drives increased feedback from our customers and in turn allows us to better understand if our processes are working. Without this tool we would not be as effective as we are in exceeding our customer's expectations. Broadly is a force multiplier for reputation managment.
Cons:
Sometimes the team data is not always correct or seems to be incorrect.

Pros:
I love that when someone has a problem, it provides them a platform to express the issues so that you can catch them prior to them going out to a review site.
Cons:
For what we use the software for, we don't have any issues. Although, I know that there are many features that we aren't currently utilizing.

Excellent product
Pros:
I’ve used Broadly for about 3 years and find that it has been a great way to distinguish myself from other home inspectors. Broadly helped me set it up so that positive reviews are posted to my website automatically. When a potential client is shopping, the reviews have often been the deciding factor. I have also found it extremely helpful that Broadly will write a brief reponse to a review, thanking the reviewer. It is important to let a client know that you’ve read their review and appreciate it. While I should certainly do that myself, it helps that its done for me if I can’t get to it quickly enough.
Cons:
As with everything, there was a learning curve faced with gaining familiarity with the dashboard. Over time, I've learned to use it and have no issue.

Comments: Overall its pretty good. Its nice to have a spot where we can see all the reviews in one place.
Pros:
I personally really enjoy the SMS feature, so that the guests are easily available to respond without needing to go back , on the internet browser.
Cons:
I think the response time could be a little better, Also fixing the bugs that occur when sending the automatic messages, some of them are sent waay later then they should be or not at all in some instances.
Customer Experience is Key
Comments: Overall the experience has been good not great
Pros:
The ease of use for Broadly is what makes it very attractive. It is non-threatening to customers because we can still personalize review generation and communication, and it is easy for the technicians to learn.
Cons:
Our experience with the customer service of Broadly has been mixed. They also make minor changes to the app with little to no warning.

Pros:
Texting in real time with clients is really helpful and being able to easily send a request for a review when they agree to do a review helps to actually get the reviews.
Cons:
It's kind of pricey. More that double the text only product I used in the past.

Comments: Broadly allows us to effectively and efficiently manage our client reputation. As a business that gets the majority of our clients from word of mouth advertising, this is essential to maintaining our clientele.
Pros:
I love that the software gives us the option to intervene when a client is dissatisfied before they leave a public review.
Cons:
Honestly, this is more of a user issue, but I don't like when we get sales messages or obvious questions in the live chat box. I wish there was a way to recommend related FAQs when they type in a question listed on the website.

Increase your online visibility!!
Comments: The main benefits for our company have been increased five star reviews and being able to chat with potential new customers!
Pros:
Broadly offers an opportunity for you to seamlessly chat with new or existing customers. Additionally, the number of reviews and five star reviews have tripled thanks to the use of Broadly.
Cons:
Getting my staff to use Broadly has been difficult. It would be nice to have the Broadly team assign an administrator to work with other mangers to instill confidence in their usage.
