It can be frustrating when photos are incorrectly categorized as room photos instead of contents photos and there is no easy way to reverse it.

Encircle is great to catalog your building contents for insurance purposes.
Comments: All good so far!
Pros:
Got an insurance policy that'll reimburse you for fire damage, flooding, or another massive AOE that destroys your place? Yep. You think you're safe until you have to file a claim and document everything you just lost. That's where Encircle comes in. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! As my lawyers often say, "the one who has the most documentation generally wins." Don't fight your insurance company. Give them a huge list of everything you lost in the incident by using Encircle. Document what you have, and then whenever you bring in a new non-consumable item into your place, just snap a picture of it and optionally fill in the details for it. You can easily separate everything into rooms.
Cons:
The thing I'm still not sure about is when I move from my apartment into a home, will it be easy to move items into a new room and location? I haven't tried yet, but my guess is that I'll just rename the place and its rooms. If something changes rooms, then it just gets moved in the app.
Review of Encircle from the Contents Side
Comments: Overall I am very happy with this program. The customer support is amazing and they are quick to assist.
Pros:
I enjoy the program as it is user friendly, fast and efficient in running reports daily. I also enjoy the fact you can watch the teams progress in real time.
Cons:
The thing I dislike is that the data is slow to download and some of the photo inventory gets missed if your not frequently clearing the cache and downloading the data.

I like the import floor plan feature to Xactimate
Cons:
I wish the floor plan import to Xactimate included more than only the walls, it doesn't add stairs, cabinets, etc. Shows in the floor plan but doesn't appear in Xactimate.

Encircle Has Made FP Better
Comments: Our experience has been one of the higlest level of communication and customer service provided to our team. Beyond just the software itself we have utilized Encircles vast library of training videos and webinars to better our team at FP. They have their organization all pointed in one direction: to help improve the restoration industry for the contractor.
Pros:
Encircle is always changing to improve their platform to maek providing cirtical reports in a timley manner easier every day.
Cons:
That we did not setup Encircle earlier for our company. We had been using multiple softwares to provide reports that were subpar to those of Encircle.
Encircle user
Comments: Very positive, it's easy to use and the ability to share information between team members.
Pros:
Being able to take photographs in the app ensures that photos are never lost, or forgotten - they're automatically saved. And the final report we generate is incredibly comprehensive and assists with favorable claim resolution.
Cons:
CRM would be a nice addition, especially review requests.

Comments: very pleasant, customer service is amazing, super friendly and solve problems quickly. Great program to work with.

Organization of pictures is immaculate Setting up company documents (such as authorization and timesheets) is easy and practical Setting claims is very easy and efficient

Encircle, THE app for Restoration!
Comments: Overall, we enjoy using this program. It is great to have on phones, tablets and computers. Multiple users can utilize the features in real time, so claims go smoothly and efficiently for all users, no matter their role.
Pros:
Encircle is very user-friendly for a water restoration company, like us. We use it daily to keep up with claims and store photos and information. Customer support is always helpful and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.
Cons:
Occasionally, we have glitches with our system. One time we had photos that were deleted, but support was able to retrieve them for us. Using android though with the app, we can not zoom out on photos, only with apple. That is a downside that affects us.

Comments: Very good, a great documentation and communication tool.
Pros:
The ability to have everyone in the company able to access photos and videos for any given job. The video work order has been amazing for communicating exactly what staff need to do. It allows the project managers to provide an exact scope of work to the field staff without having to be onsite allowing them to move onto the next job and not waiting around for the workers to get to site.
Cons:
It can take sometimes take time to sync, especially in bad service areas. Having to repeatedly shut down and open up the program to "kick start" it back into syncing.

Pays for itself
Comments: Encircle gives us a great source to capture all of our photos and documentation for our water mitigation claims as well as the rebuild projects that go along with them. It has helped us prove our work on claims and has certainly paid for itself over the years by saving our techs time and helping us better document our work, thus getting paid out more and faster.
Pros:
My favorite portion of Encircle, for our water mitigation company, is Hydro, their drying report software. It really helps make it easy for our technicians to create moisture maps and a report to send off to the insurance carrier showing exactly how the project dried.
Cons:
The Hydro webapp for the desktop environment is a little lacking compared to the iOS/Android version. But I hear that it's being worked on and should hopefully be improved on.
Ease of working with Encircle
Comments: I love Encircle it is likely the most important tool our business has as far as making work easy!
Pros:
The photo taking, floor plan, notes, documents, real time signatures etc
Cons:
I really cannot say I have seen any. They may need to update server do to the volume of photos people are taking.

Comments: Very Good. My team uses it daily on different job sites.
Pros:
I like that my team can all be on the same page as the job goes through the different stages. I also like the very professional reports I can submit to my customers.

I would like for the sketch to have more measurements. IE doorways, cabinets.

I can’t list all of the things that make encircle amazing. It would take too long. This is our most essential tool.

That there is no way to BOLD the notes in Work Order creation.

Comments: Very pleased with the software and the customer service. I also appreciate what they put into the training sessions as well.
Pros:
Ease of use and having all tools at our disposal. It is so convenient to be able to access each claim and utilize features for these.

The time it takes to load pictures. Editing all water/moisture data points in the website.

Comments: So far so good. We are still trying to implement certain features across the board to all staff but slowly becoming more user friendly and with experience comes proficiency

The reports section is excellent, i love the photo report and the pdf site inspection report. I also love the floor plan and integration with xactimate.

I do not like that i cant do all things on encircle. id like to be able to schedule technicians and upload estimates etc.

Great Software for Restoration Project Management
Comments: Encircle allows us to not only store and categorize our photos but gives us several options to create reports from those photos . It also allows us to track our equipment and include our drying metrics.
Pros:
The Encircle app is easy to use for our technicians to upload and share job site photos, the company is also continuously improving the program and adding new features
