It seems to possess functionality most users expect in an online forum. > > **Cons**: Their application support team, and support process, is terrible. Availability is inconsistent and anything beyond basic troubleshooting is handed off to a support person in India. Issue resolution is unstructured and takes too long. No support over the weekend. Because support is based in India, it will always take at least a full day before receiving a response in a best-case scenario. > > Integration with Squarespace was straight-forward. Single sign-on does not work at all. Choosing single sign-on integration requires an additional fee, but it is completely unreliable and support for the feature is terrible. We really love the fact that this seems to be one of a few SaaS vendors that offers Premium Feature Request Estimates and build outs. I really wish other SaaS vendors had this.
