They allow pre-filling, conditional display, answer piping, etc. It integrates with anything you can think of. Direct integration with Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, Slack, Monday, multiple ESPs, can output PDFs, collect signatures, collect payment (stripe and paypal), manage bookings, and if that was not enough it can also output webhooks. The few times I've contacted support they've been quick, friendly, and decisive. We have an agency account and collect thousands of submissions daily on behalf of our clients.
