Using JustCall Daily

Comments: We are happy to be onboard and can see many years ahead using JustCall as our VoIP system.

Pros:

Our team use JustCall daily as our main office lines are pushed into JustCall which handles our IVR, team number management and call recording. We use HubSpot office-wide and find that the intergration works perfectly which means our productivity has increased greatly using this platform. When minor issues arise the support team are extremely quick to fix which is a must for us in a digital space where clients rely on us over the phone for jobs. The entire user interface for backend management is simple to learn and easy to navigate.

Cons:

Pricing for additional phone numbers & users can get a little costly.

A Versatile Service

Comments: JustCall's wide range of functionality has been invaluable to our team's productivity, and the flexibility they provide for modifying existing features and building new ones has been impressive. The interface could use an update.

Pros:

JustCall has a wide range of functionality. Their name is a misnomer because they do so much more than "just call". The features we use the most are calling, call transferring, texting, and texting campaigns. JustCall integrates so nicely with Hubspot, which is a literal lifesaver for our team. You can also create saved text templates so you don't have to type out the same message if you're sending it multiple times a day. JustCall's support team is relatively responsive (chatbot on site) and can usually accommodate special requests for new features or modifications of current ones. This has been really nice for our team.

Cons:

JustCall's support team is based in India, and the language barrier can occasionally become an issue. Sometimes calls drop, the interface isn't super appealing, and the Chrome extension that allows you to easily text or call often has issues. Using the same account with more than one user is difficult at times, as notifications will only go to one user, and the notifications don't always update automatically so you have to refresh manually a lot.

Efficient and Reliable Communication Solution for Our Academy

Comments: Our overall experience with JustCall has been excellent. The platform is easy to use, highly effective, and reliable. Pros:

JustCall has significantly improved our communication processes. The SMS and mass texting features are particularly beneficial, allowing us to efficiently reach out to parents and students with important updates. The platform's user-friendly interface and excellent customer support are also standout features.

Cons:

There is little to dislike about JustCall. However, it would be great to see more advanced message personalization features in future updates.

Easy-to-use tool for placing calls from any location.

Comments: JustCall is a popular business phone system because of the extensive collection of functions it provides. The platform's user-friendliness, effectiveness in managing calls, capacity to integrate with other business tools, and quality of service have all been lauded. Some customers have complained about bugs and expensive plans, however this is not the case for everyone and may be attributable to different needs and usage patterns. In general, it would appear that JustCall is an effective and trustworthy company phone system.

Pros:

It's convenient that JustCall lets us drop voicemails when we call and automates the majority of our text messages thanks to the platform's capabilities. In my day-to-day activities, I have been able to shave off a significant amount of time thanks to it.

Cons:

For unknown reasons, some numbers may be blocked from dialing through JustCall. I have to manually dial the number when this occurs, but thankfully it does so infrequently.

Pros:

The support team is flexible and allows us to troubleshoot problems quickly.

Cons:

The Salesforce integration is inflexible and difficult to work with. Headsets and audio sources have given us huge issues. We have had to make multiple adjustments and buy various different headsets until we found one that will work with the system to provide great sound quality.

Comments: The customer service team are fabulous and flexible. They are consistently updating the software and understand each client will have slightly different needs.
I have watched JustCall change the way salespeople work, for the better!

Pros:

It visually integrates well with our CRM Easy to use in the CRM set up Being able to review calls, and see the call & SMS activities makes it easy to train staff as well as ensure the tasks are being completed. This also means we can review a conversation making our next call a more productive one.

Cons:

I just which the Premium package was more cost effective for teams and there was an SMS template functionality

A solution that works!

Pros:

After searching for a phone system that would provide ease of use while on the go, connect with our CRM, and reliably work, we finally found JustCall. JustCall has a fair pricing structure and a responsive help team.

Cons:

There have been a few issues with the sync between JustCall and our CRM that have required the accounts to be de-synced and re-synced a few times. The information that pulls through is not as customizable as we would like.

Great tech, great service

Comments: So far its great. It is a hige step up from Vonage and other services we have used.

Pros:

We love the seamless integration with Pipedrive drive. Plus the AI generated call summaries are a game changer for my team.

Cons:

Price is a little high and sometimes it takes a day to get a response from support.

Errors/glitches make JustCall difficult to use

Comments: Frustrating. If a couple things were fixed it would be easy to use and really helpful in my day to day work. But right now, I have to use work arounds that take time. I asked JustCall support about the audio problems and the Hubspot intregration/Chrome Extension and they told me that it was my computer. I literally got a new computer and am still experiencing these issues.

Pros:

The ability to call and text my students directly from a JustCall number means I am not using my personal phone number. Calls and texts usually go through fine and the call quality is fine.

Cons:

The integration with Hubspot does not work. Instead of being able to open the dialer directly with my students number already pre-populated. I have to open the Justcall dashboard, then open the dialer, then find my students number, and copy paste it into the dialer. Also if I have the dialer open, it will mess up the audio or a Zoom call or other video I am playing (Youtube for example.)

Comments: We tested Google Voice, DialPad, Wix Phone, Ooma, GrassHopper, FreshDesk, Nextiva, Verizon OneTalk, Zoom, RingCentral, Kixie, and JustCall. It was the most feature-rich service. JustCall won us over because of all their features. Their customer service has been fantastic. I'm very happy overall with the service.

Pros:

We LOVE the SMS after business hours auto-responder feature, the SMS scheduled send feature, and the SMS saved replies feature. This saves us so much time, you have no idea. I also like that their SMS is formatted (so it honors line breaks). Also like that you can do MMS photos and video (except in group messages). Custom music on hold is also very very cool. Their customer service is also fantastic and they actually follow up with you on bug reports, questions, suggestions, etc. They also even added a few features for us on request (i.e. sync phone contacts on the iOS app).

Cons:

the cost is a little more than the competitors, but the service is worth it, we felt. The group SMS lacks MMS capability. The call quality is not HD.

Affordable, functional option

Comments: Very solid. We have high call volume and a lot of leads. It does what's needed.

Pros:

I really like the support, price and product. The combination is great. It's not as expensive as other option and does the job. Support works with you and is very prompt and effective.

Cons:

Some of the reporting could be a little easier and show everyone but overall it works fine. For instance, I wish some views had more of a breakdown. That's about it.

Easy to use!!

Pros:

We can monitor our calls, record them and listen to them to improve our skills, schedule follow ups and more, it makes our job easier.

Comments: Outlined in Pros section above.

Pros:

Compared to our previous system, we have much more features as well as a lower cost structure. We have been able to create store-specific numbers that route back to HQ if missed. This creates a better customer experience and helps us scale our internal service team more efficiently. We also were able to add text as a communication channel.

Cons:

My only piece of feedback is being unable to adjust some features myself. For text message notifications and some routing from an SIP device, I need the JustCall support team to adjust these features on my behalf. I appreciate that these can be done outside of the standard platform features and just wish I could easily update this myself during setup. Team has always been very responsive and helpful though.

Use Justcall daily, it's a robust solution

Pros:

It does the job with minimal fuss. We've had the odd glitch or unassigned phone line but generally speaking given the volume of calls we make it works fine. It's extremely reliable when used in the chrome plugin, and integrates near-flawlessly with our CRM of choice, Pipedrive. I can't speak to the cost, but our team is happy and management seems content at the cost per call.

Cons:

Call Quality was a frequent issue on their end throughout the early usage. We frequently had complaints and their support team was pretty professional, didn't forget about us and eventually helped resolve the problem in the backend. It seemed to be the kind of issue that arose simply because we were the first users pushing particular niche, remote locations so there was some fixing to do but they got the job done after a couple of weeks of minor frustration.

JustCall helps scale your business

Comments: IT's decent, we can stand the hiccups for the advantages the overall system brings. JustCall Customer Service and support is exceptional. Live chat, follow ups and sometimes even phone call to discuss in detail has been a factor for us to remain with JC. Other companies didn't provide live support across 3 continents and JC assist us 24/7.

Pros:

JustCall allowed us to grow into other countries while maintaining a centralised control of the numbers, billing, recordings, training while syncing all our contacts from our CRM across 3 countries into our call centers for our customer success team. If we didn't have this tool, it would be a massive headache to have local numbers, coordinate people with onboarding/offboarding who join or left the company, etc.

Cons:

Sometimes the quality of the calls drops and there's a lag. 2 out of 10 calls we have an issue with.

Great Customer Support, Loaded with Features

Comments: Our experience has been absolutely brilliant. The speed at which they release new features and improvements is unbelievable.

Pros:

We use JustCall for handling patient phone calls. So, we really find the call distribution, IVR and voicemail feature useful. The most impressive thing about JustCall is their quick customer support response. We get our queries answered in minutes and they are always ready to walk the extra mile for you if required.

Cons:

Nothing as of now. If there is any problem, customer support takes care of that.

Gotta love them but at a distance

Comments: Average experience and have wanted to leave but can't find a platform that offers what it has. It's have the best but 3 different platforms or settle with Justcall which has it all but is an average product with bugs I have to deal with on a DAILY basis.

Pros:

I love the fact they have everything I am looking for in a call and SMS platform.

Cons:

There are so many bugs and spam issues. They have quick support but it's challenging to work with their support team because you'll be talking to one person and then hours later they get off their shift and you're explaining the issue to someone else. I currently have a support ticket 4 days old with 5 different support reps who still don't understand my initial issue (even though it's in the chat thread).

Comments: I would say that it is mixed. We haven't found a system we liked better yet.

Pros:

I like how well JustCall integrates with our CRM which is Hubspot. It tracks every call, records, each call, and records each text to a contact. That makes sales training super easy.

Cons:

I have had some problems with the call quality.

Comments: So far, this experience has been pleasant; we can set up our numbers, the toll-free, and the excellent connectivity.

Pros:

Just call has helped us to manage our sales call and also to forward calls from inbound pool numbers and choose which one will determine the call, we can find calls quickly, and the call log will always be easy to locate a call by name or phone number, which is pretty helpful to see our sales leads

Cons:

The call does not have a Zendesk integration, and because the sales team got calls over Just call and our Support team over ZD, we have found it hard to transfer the call between calling systems with a ticket

Great experience & great team

Comments: JustCall allows us to better manage our sales & customer relations operations. Everything is quite streamlined between our departments and our customers are happy.

Pros:

Overall, it's quite easy to use and includes lots of features. It offers more than its competitors and the price you pay is quite fair. Additionally, their tech support & customer service team members are all very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

JustCall is still a newer-ish company, so it doesn't have every feature one can imagine, and sometimes its way of integrating with other software isn't perfect. Over time, this is continually improving, however.

Horrible Intergration, dashboard and applications are just slapped together

Comments: Function dialer made almost unusable by the crap software they've built around it. I vocally complain about JustCall dropping calls, crashing, or creating some fresh havok to my team daily. Software that's held together by duck tape and a prayer, this company won't last long without a massive technical overhaul. Oh, and there's no way to contact support from in-app.

Pros:

I can select my own phone number, there's at attempt to add a "click to dial" button to every phone number in Chrome via a chrome extension.

Cons:

Extension is rendered useless by the constant (literally one every 5 seconds) Chrome notifications that are impossible to turn off that your "macbook speakers are now connected". The SMS inbox is not refreshed live, and the notification bubble on their mobile app never updates so you have no clue if anyone has texted you back unless you manually refresh. The mobile app for making calls (what i use since the extension is impossible to use), will often freeze, meaning that I have to force close the app to hang up. It also crashes if you're on a call and receive a text.
