While I believe in the power of the software and its capabilities, it does not seem like it is an industry-leading CRM at this point. However, I'm hopeful that it will get to that point with further investment from Microsoft.

> **Cons**: The configuration and set up can be exhausting because Dynamics 365 is so comprehensive and extensible.  If the organization does not have a clearly defined roadmap for D365 implementation, the implementation and configuration team can quickly get lost and lose sight of end goals, requiring extensive rework.

> I have used D365 in multiple organizations.  In the most recent iteration of D365, the integration of MS Teams to Project Operations is fantastic.  This allows comms to be quickly and easily tied to Project records.  This is a huge time saver for administrators when working with large pipelines of projects.
