The best part is that it’s all covered under the competitive monthly fee, allowing us to consolidate other services, making it a cost-effective solution after migrating from another lead delivery provider. The customer support is excellent, and unlike some onboarding processes, Phonexa doesn’t leave you alone until the job is done. They join video calls and have you take the lead, so you're learning the system and implementation as you go, which I appreciate. The system was implemented quickly and easily integrated with our existing tech stack and CRM. They also ensure you're making the most of the products and are eager to help you improve and evolve the setup. After the initial learning period, the system is easy to use and is utilised daily. The system is flexible and continues to meet our needs, making it an invaluable part of our operations. > > **Cons**: I wouldn’t go so far as to say there is a dislike; however, the UI could be cleaner.
