With Bob, you customize the entire review process with personal settings, reminders, messages, and flows to loop in managers and peers.
Very intuitive, gives the organization one stop shop for all HR related issues (assessments, reviews, surveys, benefits, etc.).
Sometimes things are not that logical in how it works, for example, people are able to go into negative holiday balance.

Fully satisfied as a user
Pros:
Great user-friendly interface. Handy search and user profile browsing!
Cons:
Maybe a lack of integration with other tools, and little bit odd API with some confusing responses.
Makes us look professional
Comments: Great solution and great company. Really easy to implement and the ? At the bottom that shows you a video on how to use the page is incredible for set up. Everything you need is in HiBob and there is always 2/3 different ways to do a task to suit each organisation.
Pros:
HiBob tracks all out HR data in one place and we can access it with ease. When we onboard new employees, they love it and it makes us look really professional as a company.
Cons:
The mobile app is great but you can’t see other people leave. A company view like there is on the desktop would be perfect.

Reasons for Choosing Bob: Breathe is good for a 1-20 man company that just wants to track holidays and not use a spreadsheet. If you want more then you get HiBob.
Reasons for Switching to Bob: Other companies experiences. They warned me off it from the time to set up and implement to overal use of the product.
Not worth the pricetag
Comments: Disappointing. For the price you pay, it's simply not worth it.

Good application for for small companies.
Comments: Overall experience is positive, small companies which have less then 1K employees might find this app very useful,
Pros:
Very simple look, and quite intuative. It is good for small companies for managing employees time punchs and holiday requests.
Cons:
Lacking of regular updates, and feels like a bit empty and basic regarding the functions that other similar apps provide such as Polaris PSA's "Replicon".
Affordable, customisable and easy to navigate
Comments: We are satisfied with hibob as our HRIS solution. We are a remote company so it´s really important that all is in one place and that we can track each other bank holidays, different announcements and just being able to get all relevant data with few clicks.
Pros:
The easiness of setting up and customising the system to the company's needs. Not to forget that the price was less than what we were paying for another software that has not had half of the features like hibob. In the end, the system is pretty straightforward for the users, if you are an admin you can easily get the information you need and all is even accessible from your phone.
Cons:
Some of the features could be more customisable such as an organisation chart, conditioning on reviews but if you do report it to the team they communicate if that customisation is on the roadmap or if they believe they will develop it. It would be great to have webinars on new features and great practises of hibob employees itself.

Effective and Intuitive
Comments: Very positive, lots to do and adapt for each business

It seems unique it is adaptability to any and all businesses

There are so many elements to bob, so there is a lot to learn
Fantastic, Flexible Option
Pros:
Unlike other HRIS companies I've worked with in the past, the Bob platform is incredibly flexible. I'm able to set up customized onboarding flows, employee fields, and reports for every instance. Surprises come up in HR a lot and HiBob can go with the flow.
Cons:
My least favorite feature is no good screen to view all holidays across the company for employees.

Reasons for Switching to Bob: Bob had more flexibility and more integrations with our other systems.
Extremely satisfied with bob as a comprehensive HRIS
Comments: Our experience has been exemplary, especially compared to past HR systems we've worked with.
Pros:
Bob is extremely user friendly and allows for customization to meet our needs. Customer support is very responsive and helpful in coming up with creative solutions to achieve our goals for the system. They take our feedback and implement changes regularly that constantly improve efficiency and make our lives easier.
Cons:
My only complaint is the relative lack of flexibility to update the look and feel in bob. We have also experienced some issues with moving task due dates.

A big project to implement but worth it at the end
Pros:
Having used other HR platforms, Bob definitely seems to have more robust features. Their support team has been very helpful so far, and we've heard a lot of excitement from our team about rolling this out. It's pretty flexible and customizable, and the home page is one of the best I've seen.
Cons:
The implementation is a very big, time consuming, project. As I mentioned there are a lot of features, so that requires a lot of set up. And unfortunately, not every feature is as straightforward as it may seem.
Great for Growing Global Company
Comments: Our first implementation specialist was amazing. She provided excellent resources and followed up quickly. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Our account manager is also very good and she works with us monthly to help make sure that we're meeting our annual HR goals by reducing administrative workload in the system and allowing us more time to focus on the people of the organization.
Pros:
More than just an HRIS, it's a place for employee engagement. Great personalized homepage to keep people updated. Easy to use and to set up. You can keep a pulse on the culture with ease. They are constantly improving product and takes feedback from clients and they keep you informed. They also work with you to ensure that the product is meeting your needs and help you find ways to better utilize it. It's easy to implement new items and grows with the company well. We were able to globalize our Org chart and better integrate the global teams.
Cons:
Currently, there is no way to have a site admin vs a total admin. This is an issue if you want a HR lead at each site to be able to customize the program without access to their counterpart's private information. Also, employee's do not have the ability to opt in or out for their birthday or work anniversary being shared. There are work arounds but right out of the box, it's either all employees show up or none show up on the homepage.

HiBob Review
Comments: I love this software and would recommend it to all companies looking to get a HRIS system in place.
Pros:
I love the UX and especially the customer support team, both in Israel and in NY.
Cons:
Sometimes features aren't available for different employees and it takes time to talk to the HR manager to allow some permissions.

An honest review of HiBob
Comments: A real challenger to the old-school main systems around. HiBob along with others really manage to bring a breath of fresh air in HR management and HRIS tools in general. I could not recommend it more.Its system as a SaaS is extremely convenient and can tailor it to any potential use, whether limited in combination with other systems or as your full HR system.
Pros:
Every feature of HiBob has a meaningful impact, as long as it is properly set and used. The support team is fantastic and solves issues extremely quickly.We have HiBob for our organisation since last year, but I don't see how we could have done it with any other system. The most impactful to me is clearly the employee database management, and its general ease of use.
Cons:
There are some automation features that are lacking, for instance the time and attendance module not being automatically linked to overtime policies. But I have no doubt that this will be implemented soon.The price can also be a deterrent, but it does fit with our purpose and need.
My Bob Review
Comments: Very positive. Time taken to understand the relationship between customizable parts is worth the investment (task + flows, fields + values and API related functions).
Pros:
Having a singular location for all of our employee data and being able to search up the information I'm looking for saves me lots of time. Importing information in bulk is also super handy.
Cons:
It was disappointing to learn that Sandbox features are behind a paywall since it's important for us to test and view features before implementing them to the hole company. The benefits page is a bit limiting in that you have to upload spreadsheets for each update.
Bob is loved by our company, both by employees and the HR team.
Pros:
A smooth and straightforward way of managing your leaves, time offs, and personal details within the company.
Cons:
So far, none can we say about it. Everything's good so far.

The user interface is modern and intuitive. The platform is highly customizable.
Cons:
The mobile app is not as user-friendly as the web app.Every profile created on Bob counts as a user. However, they have the same pricing if we want to add a contractor or freelancer. I miss more data from the analytics perspective. High price.
An Introduction to bob

Bob has revolutionised our HR department. it is nice and easy to use which allows employees to take charge of their own people management and annual leave.

Best HRIS I’ve worked with so far!
Pros:
Complex HRIS with al the features you need for small/mid-size company, they cover all the employee life-cycle. Very remote/global-friendly. Pretty easy implementation, great support from their team during the selection & implementation process and even now when we need help with some issues/questions. Highly recommend Bob!

Comments: I use bob in my enterprise to share my work and watch the work of my partners, it's a great tool to keep contact with them.
Pros:
I really like Bob that it is a social network to connect with my classmates

I don't have many points for improvement, some that could be, having a chat with your colleagues, but with the integration with slack it's enough

Comments: It is great for team members to have access to the org chart, their goals and reviews right at their finger tips.
Pros:
Using Bob for onboarding, goal setting, and performance management have streamlined a lot of our bulky processes. We look forward to moving forward using more of the product soon.

I wish the integration of HR data would be a little easier or that we could have help now that we are ready to start that part even though we have been using Bob for other things for a while.
Great platform with room for improvement
Comments: Ok, could be better as there are a few gaps in performance management and tracking. But overall fine.
Pros:
The home page is a user-friendly and nice to see an overview of birthdays/anniversaries/time off when opening up Hibob.
Cons:
The difficulty with adding time off policies for different countries and for people who have non-standard part-time hours.
