Great product for the cost! Makes life so much easier and customer service is excellent .
Pros:
No more reminder phone calls. Saves on staff time plus customers like receiving a text vs. phone call.
Cons:
We thought it might not customize to our industry well but it's very flexible and did just fine. Features to describe the appointment and length are greatly appreciated.

That way your correct appointment length will be pre-filled when you go to setup an appointment, and you can specify what service the appointment is for, which can help customize your reminders even further! Communication within small practices for the win
Comments: Overall, it is an excellent experience. My clients have spoken positively about the ease of the system and appreciate the ability to communicate directly when tardy or rescheduling.
Pros:
I appreciate the ease of setup most, but I also enjoy the increased communication with my clients when the schedule needs to be changed.
Cons:
Inability to send authorization requests for text messaging.

Daily use for appointment reminders. Enter name and phone number and receive email confirmation.
Cons:
The appointment date should go to the next weekday.

The Great Reminder
Comments: I really enjoy this app, as do my clients. My clients state that they would probably miss most of their appointments if it weren't for GoReminders.
Pros:
I like the fact that I can schedule my clients for weeks or months at a time and GoReminders will send a reminder each week without me having to enter the appointment in every week.
Cons:
I don't like the fact that I have to have a number to put a clients name in. Not all of my clients have phone numbers and I end up forgetting to put them on my other calendar therefore, I have I forget I have a client coming at a certain time. I wish there was a place holder for those who do not have phones so at least I will be reminded I have a client coming.

Worth the use for your practice!
Comments: I've been using this system for a couple years now. It has really made a difference with my practice. My clients really love they get a text reminder. I used to call my clients with their reminders, so this has really been great for them.
Pros:
It is very easy to use. I love that my clients are able to confirm their appointments and I can monitor the replies.
Cons:
I do wish that I would get some notification when my client needs to cancel their appointment via reminder text.

Comments: I have loved GoReminders from the time my daughter told my about GoReminders. I use to take time to call all my clients and they would still forget. Now I never have anyone miss their appointments. Also my clients love the GoReminders it helps them to never miss and to organize they time.
Pros:
It saves me time in my day and it keeps my clients so they never miss appointment. My clients love the reminder, for they are so busy today they feel it help them to be more organized.
Cons:
I love GoReminders. It always helps me to keep my books full.

The reminders to clients have reduced the amount of missed appointments by clients.

The text messaging is a little unwieldy since it is in only in a web browser or the app.

GoReminder Helps Keep Your Life on Track
Pros:
GoReminders allows me to keep track of my appointments that I schedule with athletes to come in for rehab.
Cons:
What I like least about GoReminders is the app can be hard to figure out at first but gets easier over time.

Alternatives Considered:
Really good bang for your buck!
Pros:
Customer service at GoReminders is top notch. I also like how user friendly it is, both with the initial setup and in regular use.
Cons:
From what I can tell, it doesn't send a notification of cancellation. Also, I have one client who never gets notifications and I can't figure out how or why. Finally, I would love it if the services I offer were color coded, ie red for Zoom meetings and green for in person, etc.

perfect appointment scheduling software
Comments: overall i am extremely satisfied with all aspects of GoReminder
Pros:
so far i have absolutely no complaints with GoReminders. The text / email reminders are pefect as is the online scheduling. Patient no shows have decreased dramatically since they have the option to reschedule an appointment through online booking and the two way messaging is a great feature
Cons:
I literally have no complaints, the software is very easy to set up and there are always new features being added to enhance the ease of use. customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any questions you have

Has become an integral part of our business
Comments: Very good customer service, added bonus features like being able to text the clients, easy to access via mobile or PC. GoReminders has given us overall an excellent experience.

Simple interface, ease of use, cuts down on client cancellations, gives me peace of mind knowing everything is organized. Has cut down on the amount of time spent calling clients.

I would like to have the ability to make notes after each individual meeting that would be summarized on that client's profile page as sometimes we have numerous appointments and it would be good to know what happened at the last one

The best scheduling tool ever
Comments: Wonderful, they have even asked me if i had suggestions for how to make go reminders better. When i told them they said that what i wanted was a feature others wanted to and they were developing it!. I got sent a beta copy and implemented it right away!
Pros:
Go reminders makes automating your business easy! It has plenty of customization so that anyone you interact with knows it's your company. You can insert your branding, attach forms clients need to sign, schedule appointments or let your clients schedule them, and reminders are automatically sent out. It basically takes 90% of administration duties off your plate so you can focus on the parts of your business you love. The staff is incredibly helpful, i get updates when new features have been released and have been walked through any questions i have.
Cons:
It took me some time to get everything customized. Though I'm not sure i could really call that a con, since the customization is what runs your business going forward. The more time you put in on the front end the less time you spend every time going forward.
