the kajabi experience
Comments: overall it is an ideal platform if you are interested in in creating and selling online content.
Pros:
I like kajabi its the platform for overall course creation , marketing ,sales funnels etc. it is user friendly as it does not require extensive technical skills. It is the ideal platform that allows you to personalize your product. Customer service is on point , there are instances where I have signing in issues and there were persons responding to my request every single day ,until it was resolved .
Cons:
I dont like the fact that i am unable to log in to kajabi via my browser .I most times receive a link to be able to log in . it is very costly. though user friendly require time to be able to grasp the concept.

The Rolls Royce of Online Course Delivery
Comments: While Kajabi will position and advertise itself as the "one and only platform you need" its expertise is what it started out with, which is online course delivery. Since it has introduced email marketing, checkouts, landing pages, website builder, membership programs and I believe in podcast hosting, but all of that is pretty basic and while it does the job, you are better served using other options. That being said, when it comes to hosting online courses, and wanting to share your expertise with your audience, no one does it better. Kajabi is more expensive feature for feature when it comes to what else is out there, but Kajabi does it the best and it's worth the premium. I have no intention of switching to anything else. It hosts my demo classes, free classes, full out programs and has helped me in growing my business. My clients love the ease of use, layouts, and of course the Kajabi Mobile App.
Pros:
Kajabi hands down is the best of the best. The different templates, organization and layout of content makes for easy user consumption.
Cons:
Could do better with landing pages, checkouts, and membership programs.
Beware! Nightmarish Experience with KAJABI
Comments: This company's unethical behavior and lack of integrity are utterly disgraceful. They have shown a complete disregard for their customers and failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. It is evident that their primary concern is making a quick buck rather than providing quality services.I strongly caution anyone considering working with kajabi to reconsider. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by looking elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy software company. It is regrettable that I fell victim to their deceitful practices, but I hope others can learn from my mistake. In conclusion, my experience with kajabi has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have not only failed to deliver on their promises but also owe me a significant amount of money. Please take my warning seriously and avoid this company at all costs.
Pros:
Unless you want to lose thousands of dollars there is nothing to like. Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (0/5)Review:I feel obligated to share my horrendous experience with Kajabi. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company.I engaged Kajabi for a project, and it turned out to be a colossal mistake. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also owe me a significant amount of money, a staggering $4,000+!Their lack of professionalism and poor communication were evident from the beginning. The project was plagued with delays, missed deadlines, and countless excuses, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. I was constantly chasing them for updates, and when they did respond, it was always with vague, AI and unhelpful answers. To make matters worse, the software they eventually delivered was riddled with bugs and glitches. It was virtually unusable and fell far short of the promised functionality. The quality of their work was shockingly poor, indicating a complete disregard for their customers' satisfaction. When I tried to address these issues and request a refund, I was met with nothing but silence. They conveniently ignored my emails and phone calls, leaving me in the dark and feeling helpless. It has been over 18 months, and I am still fighting tooth and nail to get my hard-earned money back. This company's unethical behavior and lack of integrity are utterly disgraceful.

Recommended as an easy way to start an online business
Comments: All in all, Kajabi is a great all-in-one tool for hosting an online business thanks to its simplicity and many integrations. You can add products, run analytics, manage email marketing, payments, funnels, and so on all in one place.
Pros:
How easy it is to use - it's super intuitive and the learning library is great, so even without experience you can get up and running quickly.
Cons:
The customer support team can be hard to reach and aren't as effective compared to their competitors.
Alternatives Considered:
Great Product for Coaching Products
Pros:
I like that Kajabi continues to improve and grow the features of the platform on a daily basis. They value customer feedback a lot.
Cons:
If a feature is lacking such as drop-down menus you have to send in an inquiry for the development team to consider and it could be over a year before this feature is added or updated if it didn't already exist.
Growing LMS tool for great community management
Comments: We love Kajabi, it plays an integral part as part of our customer community management. We share training and learning material with our community clients and can track their involvement, report on them etc.
Pros:
Great tool for content and learning management
Cons:
Ease of integration with other tools such as CRM
Multidimensional app
Comments: I love the multiple functionality Kajabi offers and how it harmonizes the experience into a single app is cool
Pros:
Its is able to create a beautiful community to manage people and relationships. I love that it is able to handle multiple communication. It is also able to handle learnings. I have used Kajabi for my financial modelling training and this has been great. It records your progress however you have done the training, either on your computer or on the app.
Cons:
I am not sure there is more to request from Kajabi. it can handle both training and communication with other co-users
Kajabi review
Comments: Overall Kajabi is easy to use and very convenient as you can do everything on the platform for your online course and memberships.
Pros:
Kajabi is easy to use for course creation and email automation, which makes it an all-in-one platform.
Cons:
Pricing was a bit on the expensive side of my budget.
Worth the extra cost
Comments: Has been very useful due to the sheer amount of tools that come integrated.
Pros:
Great all in one platform, has all the marketing tools you will need
Cons:
High price compared to competitors making it a hard choice
Great for entrepreneurs just starting out
Comments: My overall experience was okay I can honestly say I learned a thing or two and I am looking forward to Future interactions with kajabi.
Pros:
But I like most is that is for entrepreneurs that don't have much experience in the business. It helps you build and market your own online courses as well as doing classes that might be beneficial to you
Cons:
I believe the price was ridiculous honestly it was a little too expensive for what they were delivering
Kajabi is an excellent but pricey option
Comments: My overall experience was good and would recommend kajabi to more established businesses that already have consistent income.
Pros:
I loved the way everything worked together and integrated.
Cons:
I disliked the high monthly payment particularly as I was struggling to make my business work. I wanted to have all the bells and whistles but wasn’t yet earning the money to justify it. I also did not live me the product limits.
Alternatives Considered:
Overhyped. I really didn't like it
Comments: I was extremely disapointed. I built a website for a coaching client who bought into the kajabi hype but when I got under the hood, I found it to be a lesser product that charged way more because it markets really well to a specific niche. Least favorite tool on the market, after wordpress.
Pros:
I thought that the website that guides you to buy kajabi was really polished and professional
Cons:
I have used every website and funnel builder out there. Kajabi charges so much and still limits your ability to input custom code. the editor is really unintuitive and clunky. Hard to update your brand colors and fonts across the whole site.
Alternatives Considered:
Love Kajabi, but it's just expensive
Comments: Overall, it's great! Just pricey.
Pros:
I love that you can truly personalize each and every course. The course template buildouts are amazing too. Another positive is that I can hold up to 15 courses with my membership. Also, I love that I can enable quizzes between modules to make sure my students understand the information.
Cons:
I never liked their sales/transaction page. It is very confusing for potential customers. It tells potential customers to input their info at the top to purchase and then all the sales information about the offer at the bottom of the page. So I stopped using it to complete transactions. Now, I just use it to hold my courses. Also, it's super pricey compared to other options on the market.
Use only if you have to
Comments: Over it!!! When you are a jack of all trades you master none. They try to do too much making their software slow and clunky.
Pros:
I really wish I cut loose sooner. I kept hanging on because I thought it would show my clients I was high quality. But that’s not the case. I’m just a little guy who loves creating content. Kajabi is for the big dogs! It is definitely not worth the money.
Cons:
It’s got too many bells and whistles and too many pots in the fire. Because of this it runs slow and clunky. For example I had an email segment set up for 10 people. Instead it went to my entire list. This happened because of that slow spin. That was the final straw for me. Definitely not worth $2000+ a year!!

The absolute best platform for streamlining your online business
Comments: Overall it's been amazing. They're constantly making the platform better, they really take user feedback into consideration and even let you try out new features with their "labs" options. They make me feel like they care about me as a user 100x more than any other platform I've ever used.
Pros:
I love how Kajabi is all-in-one!!! I can run my website, my funnels, my checkout pages, my lead magnets, my membership, my courses, my affiliates, my email marketing, and so much more all from one platform. I no longer have to juggle 12 different platforms and deal with integrations and things breaking like I did before. Even though it's expensive, it's actually saved me money and it's saved me SO MUCH time because of all the headaches I no longer have to deal with.
Cons:
The affiliate system is clunky and not very user friendly for the admin or the affiliates. Also their customer services has gotten noticeably worse over the last six months. You used to be able to talk to someone extremely knowledgeable on the live chat service and now you talk to people who clearly don't know the platform very well and just send you help articles.
Alternatives Considered:
LOTS of Features
Comments: We host our courses on Kajabi and use it for some landing pages. We also run most of our checkouts through Kajabi.
Pros:
Kajabi sells itself as the one home for your whole business - websites, courses, checkout, membership, landing pages, email. And all those features are pretty decent. Not best in class, but pretty good. They also work to make things better. They just totally remade the page editor. Then emails. Now sites are next, and a revision of memberships is probably coming soon. They really are making it better all the time.
Cons:
Right now, it seems (based on feedback in the official Facebook group) that email deliverability isn't the best right now (but being worked on). You run into some constraints when you work entirely inside Kajabi, but if you embrace those limitations, it really does free you up to do your work and get on with running your business.
Don't trust their offers!
Comments: I chose Kajabi because I found an offer to try it out for 3 month for a 99$. Then they suddenly charged me the full price for the next billing period and where completely not willing to do anything about it.
Pros:
Nice idea, bad execution. Not worth the cost.
Cons:
Their pricing is ridiculous for what they deliver. The Website Templates are a Joke.
Use This Popular App to Keep All Your Courses in One Place.
Comments: Overall it's been good and updated consistently.
Pros:
I can keep multiple courses from many different people in one place. I like the app and its ability to give me updates on many different courses.
Cons:
Sometimes the app would not close an open course playing if I locked the screen, but I don't know if this was the course or the app related.
Great tool for online education
Pros:
Great tool to use for setting up an online platform.
Cons:
There is a mild learning curve but it’s great overall.
Great product
Comments: My overall expert e has been great. There is a video tutorial for EVERYTHING, so it’s definitely idiots guide material. I do think kajabi should offer 24/7 customer support for every subscription though.
Pros:
I love that it’s a one stop shop for course creation management as I’m a little lacking in tech confidence and this builds my confidence.
Cons:
I wish the templates were more adaptable but this is a minor issue. 24/7 for all packages would be the cherry on the cake.

Great Platform
Pros:
This is a very good platform for the coaching industry. Between managing leads, creating emails, creating landing pages, and charging for products, it all works great.
Cons:
I’m realizing I personally need less and less, so the price point can sometimes be high for me to just utilize a landing page. But that’s really a personal issue.
Kajabi is pretty good, but pretty pricey
Comments: Overall, I liked Kajabi pretty well. It was my first experience with selling online courses. Their customer support is amazing! They're super quick on chat, and often would just login to my account and fix my issue for me. But as a new business starting out, the level I needed for just a handful of courses (and only one website) was too pricey for me. I moved on to other tools.
Pros:
I like that it was all-in-one -- I could host my courses, email clients & host my website all in one place.
Cons:
While the course hosting is pretty good, and pretty intuitive to setup, it's kinda limited on how you can customize it and make things look like you want. Like for example, it gives you a place to put a video OR audio file OR picture at the top of the lesson, but you can't add a second video in the same lesson (for additional info).
Everything in one place
Comments: Easy to set up. I used to create my own website using HTML. Kajabi makes it super easy with their templates to drag and drop things into position and all the pages connect - plus I can create pages that are not in the navigation so I love that too. Super easy to create courses too. Customer service is amazing, their Facebook group is filled with all kinds of entrepreneurs, questions asked and answered by experts and newbies.
Pros:
I've used Kajabi for about 6 years for my website, course delivery, and membership. Everything I need is in one place with a seamless connection. It means I no longer need to pay for external things like landing pages and video hosting.
Cons:
There are still improvements that could be made on the cart, email system, and flexibility of landing pages. Consequently, I use some other apps as add-ons. I'd also love more templates.
Alternatives Considered:
Fantastic product - LMS, website builder, and marketing machine in one!
Comments: Super great. Really love the product and I'm looking forward to using it even more in 2022. I think if you max out the usage of its features you can run almost all your entire business from one place. While this does increase risk (due to the outages that sometimes occur) it is something that a newer entrepreneur can use to get up and running quickly and easily.
Pros:
I really love Kajabi and endorse the product. But, since the price tag is on the high side, I recommend you use it if you are going to make the most of all the features. This includes using it as an LMS, a website and/or funnel builder, and a marketing management system. The email and CMS features are great and they have recently introduced a coaching and podcast platform as well. Super excited to use these features!
Cons:
It is pricey if you are not going to use all the features. It also is software that takes a little while to learn if you are a newbie.
Alternatives Considered:
Easy to use and helpful customer service
Comments: Kajabi has a come a long way with everything integrated into one system. The mobile app and marketing pages make it well rounded solution to teach online. It is an impressive all-in-one platform.
Pros:
We wanted to offer online classes. Kajabi has a lot of features that add to the online classes like marketing and payment. Our main concern was giving the students the content. We easily added audio and video to the course. Payments worked smoothly with Stripe and has many options to customize the price and discounts. It keeps track of the students in an easy way. The best part of Kajabi is the helpful and welcoming support. They really go the extra mile and are patient. Their caring attitude helped me setup the custom domain. Customer support makes Kajabi one of the best choices.
Cons:
It does not have an attendance system. Even though it does have quizzes/surveys, tracking attendance will require extra manual work. The price is high (about $120/month) but if you have a hundred students every month, then price is not an issue. You can customize the look and use the templates.
