> **Pros**: WebTMA is user-friendly and easy to navigate.  &#10;Work Management - From having multiple customized request forms to work control, the work flow runs smoothly.  The module contains valuable information on each work order.  Very important and critical.&#10;Space Module - Having accurate building and room numbers along with square footage is key to having a successful facilities managment system.  WebTMA's space module's opportunity to upload drawing with ease is great for our university, especially for data accuracy.&#10;Dashboards - This tool has become useful for almost everyone in our organization.  It is assisting with organization, scheduling and most importantly, KPIs.&#10;Customer service - We have the best customer service\!  Our client success manager and account manager have been provided us with great service and guidance.  They are constantly taking care of our needs and making sure we are getting the best of what we paid for.

> **Cons**: Reporting is difficult to generate when you have data in multiple modules.  &#10;Data relationships (Data doesn't tie into other modules, no relationships)

> **Pros**: I love the how easy manner in which it works.  I have been using this software for over 10 years and it has improved so much.  They have so many great modules available for different environments to help admin and facilities staff.  The helpful tips and instructions have step by step set up and trouble shooting.  The best part of all is their customer service.  I am always happy to get my cases or questions answers quickly.  They also follow up with you about the case to ensure your request was completely resolved.  I also enjoy the training they provide and all the help we receive during their annual conferences.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the upgrades shift our information or setup in our forms.  Good practices are sometimes changed, and we need to adjust to the new process or look for them in different areas.

> Throughout the years, I have worked closely with many different areas of the department and the service is consistent.  It's not just the salesperson that wants to see you succeed; they all do.  Many have worked with me on a 1:1 to walk through the steps with me to identify the problem, test it, and help me resolve it.

> **Pros**: The support we get from the customer service group. We use this program for procurement, maintenance management, and other processes. The staff is extremely helpful with helping us setting things up and tailoring it to meet our specific needs.

> **Cons**: It is expensive and not as intuitive. It does require some in depth usage. With that being said they have a great team that will help train staff and make the interface more manageable and usable for your processes.

> Overall satisfied with the product. It works as intended and the support we get is unmatched. I don't know that they haven't met any of our requests. The product has a large number of features and functions which can get overwhelming at times but, overall the product is excellent.

> We've been using this since 2008 and haven't needed to even look at another product. Checks all the boxes.

> **Cons**: Can be a little heavy on the technical side when first starting out. I have technicians that struggle with it on first start up. It feels a little unique per say but once it's learned there is comfortability and ease of access does come.
