The UI/reporting will feel familiar if you used Universal Analytics (GA3), and the core tracking and dashboards work as expected. If your priority is data governance and compliance, the product direction makes sense. > > **Cons**: We paid over $100k over two years and did not receive an enterprise-level partnership. When bot/AI traffic began polluting our data and inflating action counts beyond our tier, support acknowledged abnormal bot volume—but the guidance was mostly “segment it,” “read the docs,” and “mitigate at your CDN/WAF.” Meanwhile, the commercial response treated those bot-inflated numbers as grounds for tier upgrades and additional invoices. Between frequent handoffs/turnover and long gaps in proactive communication, it became an expensive tool we had to manage almost entirely ourselves. > > If you’re expecting an enterprise analytics partner, this was disappointing. The product is fine; the experience around it felt upsell-first and support-light when the situation got complex. We’re migrating away.
