The cornerstone of my time management strategy

Comments: Todoist is the cornerstone of my time management strategy along with Spark Mail and Google Calendar. The integration is perfect with these and other apps, and the mobile app is crucial so I do not miss anything.

Pros:

Todoist offers many advantages to my workflow. First of all, it is as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. I usually start jotting down ideas, thoughts, chores, or proper tasks. Then I add context as necessary. I can also input tasks from my smartphone, from my email client, even from Google Calendar which syncs perfectly here).

Cons:

My only negative is that the new Google Calendar integration allows me to use only one calendar for all my projects. I prefer to have separate calendars for each project in order to better understand my use of time.

Task Management Made Easy

Pros:

Very beneficial in initiating task and project management processes

Cons:

Advanced features and reminders are functionalities that the free version limits

A Mixed Bag

Pros:

One thing I enjoyed thoroughly was the interface and the choice of colors, both for the overall theme and individual customisation.

Cons:

There is a lack of seamlessness. Things feel labored and clunky, especially given the labored way in which to-do aspects and productivity and calendar aspects do not blend in a user friendly manner.

Powerful Project Management Tool

Pros:

One of the greatest tools in my company. It has been so user friendly

Cons:

Since I started using it, it has been working well.

Really impressed by it!!!

Comments: I would say that Todoist surely is one of the best when it comes to task management.However, the tool seems to be a bit incomplete at some points

Pros:

Reminders are a good way of reminding me of the things I have to do, and the productivity tracking is a great extra

Cons:

It would be nice to have more freedom to choose how the tasks are to be shown

Best Organize tool

Pros:

I like the flexibility Todoist offers for organizing tasks, with options for priorities, deadlines, labels, and projects. The cross-platform sync is a major plus, letting me access my tasks from any device. The reminders and notifications are also super handy to make sure I don’t forget anything

Cons:

Some of the advanced features are behind a paywall, and the integration with other apps can be a bit limited

I would recommend it if you want simplicity and to get things done.

Comments: Overall I like it, They also have templates for most uses that you can use, and it is very fast to set it up. The widgets are nice, and you can synce it to all your devices easily.

Pros:

I like the clean userface that doesn't have ads and that even if with a free account you can have 5 projects with unlimited tasks. Also filters and tags are really helpful.

Cons:

That reminders are a paid feature because i think it is an important one.

Useful, but expensive for what it is..

Comments: Great app that does the job I want, but the cost step up from free is a bit much.

Pros:

Simple, clear widget interface, fast reminders.

Cons:

Quite Expensive for a basic application.

A must Have

Pros:

It centralizes many features in one app, which eliminates the need to juggle between multiple tools

With too many customizations, the interface can start feeling cluttered

Give your brain the gift of relaxation!

Comments: I use Todoist in conjunction with the Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-free Productivity book by David Allen. The whole concept is that if you have a system set up that you can trust, you can add your tasks and remove them from your brain so it can relax and focus on more meaningful tasks than remembering to do the laundry when you get home. Then, if you find you have 10 free minutes and you've set up your tasks according to this system, you can knock out your calls or the like with a quick search to pull all similar tasks into one screen.

Pros:

This is a great program to help you get your life organized. It allows you to attach tasks to projects, add subtasks, schedule and color code tasks, add tags, etc., which then allows you to search by different details and best utilize your time. It's easy to reschedule things, if you don't get them done, and it is seamless to use between mobile and desktop platforms. There are so many ways to slice and dice your list items (if you set them up that way) that it's really easy to utilize Todoist in a variety of ways or to adjust your system if it needs to change over time.

Cons:

Some of the tasks are a little clunky to do on your phone, mostly because it's smaller and touch related. You can be more precise with a mouse and see more options on the desktop. I wish there were more contrasting colors to choose from, but they do give you over 10 options, so that's just me being picky. Mostly no complaints.

Todoist is the most suitable tool for planning and keeping daily tasks organized.

Comments: Todoist has given us the most likeable experience in our efforts to keep our work organized. It allows us to effectively plan for our routine tasks by helping us break them down into to-do lists which are easier to follow. Todoist allows us to have smooth transition of work during projects by giving everyone a clear overview of what to do after what.

Pros:

Todoist is designed with a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for us to navigate through it at our own convenience. It has well laid out task lists that help us break down our projects into easily manageable to-do lists. It allows us to set automated reminders that keep us always on the lookout for upcoming tasks or any pending tasks that need to be attended to. Todoist also has priority lists that help us to create priorities for prioritizing the most urgent and crucial tasks during our projects.

Cons:

Todoist has not shown us any weaknesses and we have not found a thing to dislike about it.

Todoist is simply powerful.

Comments: From routine tasks to the biggest life goals, Todoist makes it easy to focus on what matters today.

Pros:

Makes it easy to plan our day, manage our projects and make real progress towards our goals. Within the hour, I have everything off my mind and neatly organized.

Cons:

Getting things done the right way is the ultimate goal and Todoist is doing exactly that.

Comments: The overall experience with Todoist has been amazing and very productive. I had a strong desire to get my work in shape in order to ensure healthy working life and Todoist has helped me meet my desires. It works incredibly perfect in ensuring that I am doing the right task in the right time. Todoist also assist in prioritising my tasks.

Pros:

Todoist task field are neatly set up making it easy to break down work into small tasks for easier control and tracking. I like the user-friendly interface which makes it easy and quick to navigate through my tasks. It is easy to setup reminders which keeps me on alert about upcoming tasks and ensure all my tasks have been finished. Todoist has strong security functions that keeps my personal data secure and private.

Cons:

I have not experienced any cons with Todoist. All the features are performing to my fulfillment.

A perfectly refined tool for organizing daily tasks.

Comments: I have found a perfect tool for keeping my daily tasks in shape. Todoist is a great life saver that help in planning tasks and ensures that all tasks get smoothly attended without missing anything. I have had a very simple and comprehensive experience with Todoist.

Pros:

I have had a simple experience with Todoist, the interface is clearly friendly and it was easy to get a full glimpse of it. I like how Todoist help me sort my tasks and prioritize the most critical ones. Todoist auto alerts help me to keep check of my tasks due dates and ensures that i have attended to all my tasks as they appear in that order.

Cons:

Till to-date, I have not encountered anything to like least about Todoist.

Todoist, finally I can stop forgetting about what I need to do and just do it

Comments: I love having my tasks well organized to approach every day with a set plan and can work efficiently, without forgetting anything I need to do. Checking things off my list is satisfying and motivates me to get more done.

Pros:

I always have a mental checklist of to-dos in my mind but other than a chaotic notes, app haven't found anything to work as a useful, simple, and seamless checklist like Todoist. It helps me lay everything out to see what I need to get done and at what priority level to work efficiently.

Cons:

The only thing is I wished they integrated with my Notion calendar!

Easy and Useful Tool for day-to-day

Comments: It's great! I'm able to quickly jot down what I need to be doing, reference things, and I don't have to worry about forgetting anything. The phone app is very handy in keeping things top of mind.

Pros:

It easily keeps track of my tasks, reminders, backlog and more for personal and professional goals, general tasks, and habits. The natural language detection is pretty good and helps with scheduling things on the fly without needing to open menus, just type.

Cons:

Tasks can sometimes get lost if you aren't diligent in looking at your lists or without setting a due date. Other than that, I wish the time blocking feature was a bit more robust.

Todoist: A great way to do!

Comments: I've been using Todoist for over 7 years as my weekly checklist, project management, and quick reminder tool!

Pros:

I love scheduling recurring tasks and future tasks. Plus the way that it reminds you when things are due and is persistent about it is really helpful so that I don't push things off too far!

Cons:

Really there is nothing that I don't like! Maybe the color scheme?

Todoist makes it too easy for you and your team to focus

Comments: Effortless and helped reduce a lot of pending action stress, knowing todoist had my back and all I had to do was follow the steps from point A to B.

Pros:

Easy to sign up and just as easy to get your todo list going and on track within minutes. Excellent and intuitive layout made it almost 2nd nature to know how to get into action and start making a difference in my normally cluttered and convoluted life.

Cons:

Knowing my free trial would be ending at the end of the month.

Simple and powerful

Comments: It helps to keep a very clear reminder of all pending tasks by keeping a schedule order so that activities do not overlap with each other's schedules

Pros:

I can keep a work day with everything up to date without forgetting tasks or leaving something pending, I like the functionality it has because I keep everything organized and visualizing all the weekly tasks, being able to organize my time and have my space to be able to remember everything. Its use is easy to learn to use and you have clarity of each daily task and its plan prices are really very economical

Cons:

I like everything and everything works very well, it has never failed me and it has always been my best way to organize my tasks

The best to do list app

Comments: Todoist is simple, easy to use and powerful! I was looking for an app to use to capture my everyday to do list items for work and todoist suited my needs perfectly. I've recommended Todoist to my whole team!

Pros:

The upcoming view is my to-go so I can see my todo list for the week and any overdue tasks. Being able to make tasks reoccuring is 1 of my favourite features. The mobile app is great for adding items while on the go.

Cons:

I don't have many cons about using Todoist so far. My only con would be only wanting 1 way sync with my calendar. I think with the recent upgrade, the only option now is 2 way.

Comments: So happy I was introduced to Todoist from a friend. It arranges my work life and private life in such an efficient and easy way.

Pros:

It is so simple to drag and drop to different areas and also see what have been achieved and what is yet to be done.

Cons:

Nothing at all. It is really easy to use and works so well.

Good To-Do App but Not For Me

Comments: Overall, this is a good app if you want to be organized with your tasks and work. This is simply not for me because I want something a little bit more simpler. However, this will be perfect for someone who likes using notion on the computer but not on their phone.

Pros:

I like how customizable that interface is, it's nice to change everything the way you want it. I also like how I'm able to connect it with my Google calendar.

Cons:

I don't like making tasks on the app, it feels a bit too much. For example when I make a task with a date and time, it feels like I'm adding a hashtag instead of a label. I would prefer it being a small label underneath like how it is when you check it in upcoming tasks.

Todoist task manager is the best available tool for planning tasks.

Comments: Todoist has been a stellar task manager that has assisted me to get a better control over both my work and private life. It has become a backbone of my working infrastructure helping me to create very clear plans that allows me to achieve my goals and attain a great and healthy life balance.

Pros:

Todoist is very simple and has a straightforward interface making it so comfortable to work with. It has a very helpful resource center that makes it easy to find quick fixes. It keep tasks sorted which help attend to the most critical ones first. Setting task reminders ensure that all tasks are attended to without missing any task.

Cons:

Honestly i have no dislikes for Todoist. It has outstandingly surpassed my expectations.
