Good App But Not Worth Price

Pros:

Quickbooks Time allowed for centralized hour tracking for hourly employees. It was nice to use as it was semi-automated.

Cons:

The cost wasn’t worth the platform as hour tracking can be done fairly simply in a spreadsheet.

Comments: Overall QuickBooks Time is a solid software to report time sheets on the go and have the ability to sort hours and expenses into predetermined projects.

The thing I liked the most about QuickBooks Time was it's easy integration with other QuickBooks products like QuickBooks Online.

Cons:

Occasionally we had issues with giving proper permissions to coworkers to view their paystubs or previously reported time.

Easy Time Tracking and Pay Management

Comments: QuickBooks allows employees to clock in and out seamlessly. The location tracking services are very accurate.

Pros:

Clocking in and out via the application is easy. It begins to see the pattern and generates reminders to clock in.

Cons:

Occasionally the application goes down for maintenance and interrupts time tracking.

Nice idea but somehow confusing

Comments: We’re excited about it and thought that we dont need to other paid websites which mean less work by that i mean the transfer from another website to another. Unfortunately, it was too difficult due to some approval issues from our-side and how confusing it is

Pros:

I like the idea of how they try to include labour time and try to make it easy for the user which is nice

Cons:

Unfortunately, for my team and i, it was somewhat difficult and confusing. I’m not sure if it’s the wrong setting but when we decided to move the labour time in the invoice, it need admin approval which is quite annoying because sometimes, our upper managements are not always here and sometimes our the customers get upsets about it.

Pros:

QuickBooks time lets users integrate employee's work hours directly to QuickBooks Online Payroll. It's easy to use as it already has a log in and log off feature for employees which automatically tracks how long they worked for the entire day.

Cons:

There are time when the system doesn't automatically integrate the time, but it's nothing that their customer service can't fix in no time.

Comments: Okay, fair to mid, definitely got the job done but was on the pricy side and ultimately not the most sustainable choice.

A comprehensive time clock application for your small to medium size business. Geofencing is a handy tool for ensuring employees stay on site.

Cons:

Base plus subscriber fee can be pricey… and Internet connection must remain stable in order for employees to be tracked accurately.

Outstanding Customer service, QuickBook Time is simply Awesome

Comments: I am very much satisfied using QuickBook Time for my institution. It saves lots of time while sending solicitations to clients, simpler for me (the Proprietor) to see what my representatives are chipping away at and when, in addition to my workers love it since it's more straightforward for them as well.

Pros:

The quality and accuracy along with seamless integration to QuickBooks Online is really helpful and any employer would like this for sure. Really good for job costing and helping employees track their time during work

Cons:

Automation is highly essential especially when it comes to manually add finance planning each time another representative is added appears to be crazy - this ought to be more seemless as it synchronizes with QuickBooks.

The most user friendly time tracking program for companies around.

Comments: My experience has been overall positive. It is a very reliable tool 95% of the time and when/if it misses a beat it always guides you to rectify whatever may have happened. The integration with QB online makes this program an 8 for me.

Pros:

Quickbooks Time is a user friendly option for Timekeeping. Capable of handling large to small companies. Its's UI is intuitive. It's customization and modification options are plenty for whatever your companies needs are. Best part is that it seamlessly integrates with Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop.

Cons:

Quickbooks Time is a bit glitchy at times. The Time Kiosk option is very hit or miss. Sometimes it logs out, then you will need a code to designate that computer or device as a Time Kiosk. The experience is time consuming. The communication between QB Time and QB online can be spotty at times causing some payroll mapping problems. However, In fairness QB Time will issue the user alerts and help rectify a lot of the problems you may face.

QuickBooks For You

Comments: Overall my experience was good with QB Time, I would have no issues with using this system going forward, I think that it is user friendly for the majority of the system and if any issues occurred it was a really quick response time from the support team.

Pros:

It was easy to view the hours that all employees have done and to view on a weekly basis.

Cons:

The way to approve hours wasn't the best experience, especially if multiple teams.

Comments: I wasn't sure if this app was right for me. The talk of timesheets etc made me think of a factory or large office but I've tailored it to work for me. At the end of the day, I have staff and freelancers who all work at odd hours and no two weeks are the same. When it comes to paying them, I now go by the information in QB Time.

Pros:

I love automation and being organised. With numerous freelancers working for me (over two locations) I needed a quick and easy system for us all to use to get paid. QuickBooks Time has met my requirement and then some...

Cons:

Getting my staff to complete it. This wasn't due to difficulties in submitting the information, they were 'too busy' However, after missing a couple of payments, they soon learned.

Ease Of Using Quickbooks

Comments: I have nothing but good things to say about Quickbooks Time, it makes payroll, tracking, invoicing, etc go very smoothly which helps make my day go smoothly.

Pros:

Quickbooks is the most easiest program i have ever used. I can see when employees clock in & out, how much vacation time, PTO time, sick days, etc each employee has used or has coming which makes doing payroll even easier. It also helps me to keep track of what jobs employees have finished or not finished & how much time it took them at each job, i can send out customer invoices & keep track of each customer & what they had done with just a few clicks. Its a wonderful, easy to use program.

Cons:

Theres really nothing that i dislike or have cons about with using Quickbooks, it makes payroll, tracking & everything else run smoothly & gives me time to take care of other things in the office.

Comments: The first highlight of my experience with QuickBooks Time is that I can integrate my QuickBooks accounting software to it. It is very easy to use also and helps me to keep track of my team members no matter where I am and this is because I can use both my desktop or mobile.

Pros:

The mobile app gives me access to information anytime I have to step out and I am not with my computer. This is what I like the most about it.

Cons:

I do not have what I like least about it at the moment.

Comments: My overall experience with QuickBooks has been a positive one. It's flexible, it's functions are diverse and allow me and my employer to be on the same page with my time card and PTO.

Pros:

I like this app because it allows flexibility in time sheets. I can request time off, cancel the time off, and it will show me multiple breakdowns of my timesheet throughout the pay period. I work primarily remotely, this app allows me the flexibility and accountability to my timecard.

Cons:

Quickbooks time takes a long time to fix errors in the software. The PTO request function has not worked for 4 pay periods (8 weeks).

Comments: Good. Very minor set backs when using but for the most part it is user friendly

Pros:

It helps us maintain the budget cost for labor for each of our projects. It makes doing payroll easier as we do not have to manually log our time. We are able to see which employee is at each jobsite so we can better coordinate.

Cons:

Sometimes we are not able to connect to the internet at our jobsite locations and it is useless when we are offline.

QuickBooks Time is the best assistant.

Comments: As an accountant dealing with different employees on a contract, I see Quickbooks Time as the best assistant because it allows me to reconcile different data components when calculating employee wages and charging my clients. I get all this information in one place.

Pros:

I like how I can track my employees away from the warehouses. I can keep track of when they clocked in without following them up.

Cons:

I need additional controls to ensure employees are physically present on-site when they clock in. The system's lack of a messaging tool makes it difficult for employees to communicate on shift changes.

Comments: 10/10 experience with QuickBooks Time. I would recommend this for any company - large or small.

Pros:

Quickbooks Time is simple, and easy to use. The ease of access is the greatest strength of this platform. You can add jobs in seconds, and make them able to be used. The reporting side of the platform is second to none. You are able to find everything in a few clicks.

Cons:

The pricing coupled with their other software can be a little high compared to others.
