While it's a little intimidating at first, the amount of functionality is one of Responsive's strong points. > > **Cons**: Occasionally there's bugs and glitches. I think the downside of having so many features and functionality is the risk that code clashes sometimes and bugs are present. Responsive is very errr...responsive with bugs and addressing support tickets which is a plus, however, it would be good if bugs weren't present in the first place of course. > > It's been a great experience. A huge step up from our previous platform. The power of the platform is a clear win...the flexibility and options to manage and review content is second to none. Also more of the features should be able to be right clicked and opened in a new window. Also the ribbon in the commenting area should be slidable so that different tabs are next to each other. For example, I want comments, activity, recommendations next to each other as my most used but it's annoying when they are far apart and require multiple clicks to go back and forth between them. > > Overall my experience is great.
