Poor Support

Pros:

Good UI, Good App, Good OCR, easy to use

Poor support unable to post my expense support doesnt understand the request and I am still stuck... should I update the database myself ?

Comments: In the beginning using this program I was informed that is only necessary take a picture the invoice an add invoice and add in the APP expensya. But is not trough, i'm wait from set 22 a payment of one invoice

Is ease add the invoice by picture, but is necessary more steps.

Cons:

After add invoice by picture, create a report ,and waiting minimum 1 month to return the money, we are supporting a Big Company BV with employers money.

Very functional and intuitive

Comments: Positive but the foreign currency issue really needs a solution!

Pros:

Feature-rich and intuitive. The OCR scanning is really nice!

Cons:

The exchange rate from expenses abroad is significantly lower than what I'm paying with my credit card. The correct value cannot be entered however, which leads me to creating a lot of extra work getting it filled out with the right amounts. NOT handy!
