About Foxit eSign
Close Deals Fast with Foxit eSign. The electronic signature solution with the highest ROI. HIPAA, Integrations, API, Authentications.
First and foremost, the platform is incredibly user friendly. The home screen makes navigation easy and I can keep it as surface level or in depth as I like.
Small issue with uploading Adobe PDF forms. Form fields come out ugly in final.

No Other Services Fit our Needs until eSign Genie
Pros:
eSign Genie allows tons of customization. We are an accounting and tax practice and send documents frequently for both our own purposes (contracts, engagement letters) and documents that need to be filled out and forwarded to the IRS and other tax authorities. These documents need real signatures, not the type-written signatures that most eSign software lets clients use. With eSign Genie, we can limit our clients to only have the option to draw their actual signature, allowing us to use this for more documents than our previous solution. Also - I cannot speak highly enough of eSign Genie's Pay-as-you-Go plan. Most eSign providers no longer (or never did) offer this type of plan, and it is perfect for my type of business that doesn't necessarily need to send hundreds of documents per month. I pay a $10 fee for 5 documents at a time, and they don't expire. When I run out, I just "top up" with 5 more documents at a clip.
Cons:
I really haven't seen anything negative about eSign Genie as of yet. The only small issue sometimes is the speed - I've had a few clients say that it is sometimes slow to load, but it's infrequent - so not enough of a problem for me to look elsewhere. (Trust me, I have already looked elsewhere and was utterly dissatisfied!)

Customer Support Lacking
Comments: Overall, our Sales Representative has neglected to provide the correct package for our organization. The rep is impossible to get ahold of, has added incorrect features to our account (even after multiple confirmations). I am constantly calling the support line (after hours, because that is the only time I can get through).
Pros:
It is very easy to set up forms for signature.
Cons:
It is difficult to add features (2FA) to the account. We ran out the day before a critical deadline, and there was no one available to assist me. Was promised call-backs, and never heard back from anyone. Foxit let our organization down.
Alternatives Considered:
Issue with renewal, customer service and follow up procedures
Comments: Customer service is hardly available, phone waits are outrageously long. Every option to being transfer on the recorder prompts back to an initial menu unless you pick specific options. As I am writing this today, I already called thrice for an issue we've been having since October and this is for a renewal already approved, with a set quotation and pricing already agreed upon. We ran out of envelopes because of this and can't work properly. I have been waiting on a chat response for over an hour as well. We receive emails regarding the tickets and we respond, but don't get a follow up back even though we give our approval on the solution to our issue. The experience was definitively better when it was under eSign Genie. I don't know why you offer a renewal if you are not going to comply when we gave a green light months ago.
Pros:
Hardly anything positive to say about what's to like, given the recent experience.
Cons:
Customer service is disorganised, lacks communication within themselves, follow ups are ambiguous even though we give approval on the solutions of our issues. Agents take forever to respond, don't give a promised callback either and the ticket is still ongoing.
Solid E-Signature Option
Pros:
It has a ton of features and feels similar to a Microsoft product.
Cons:
Can be a bit tedious to use at times, especially when adding new signatures

Top Notch e-Sign Solution for Manufacturing
Comments: Foxit has helped us set up a well-oiled e-sign system for both internal and external use. We use it in HR, Sales, Finance, and even in some areas of production like health and safety. It was relatively easy to set up and hasn't caused me any headache since. If I had to give points for improvement it would be improving the mobile interface and cloud features, but other than that, it's a very handy tool to have around
Pros:
1. Foxit is very easy to use even for non-technical people. We use it across all kinds of departments and we rarely run into issues or have problems figuring things out. 2. It's got tons of ready-made agreements available. These are good for saving time but they've also given us lots of ideas as to what else we can use Foxit for.
Cons:
It would be good to have the native integrations expanded. We had to set up api syncs for some of our other tools despite them being pretty widely used.
Authentic eSign Solution
Pros:
What I like most is the applicability and the many features. It supports multiparty signing, file sharing and signature authentication.
Cons:
When sharing a large file, it's not swift
Foxit eSign Easy to use
Comments: Overall experience with foxit esign is make your work easy and faster
Pros:
All for this product i like is all options cause its very useful.
Cons:
Nothing, all about the foxit esign is very nice
Foxit eSign - Never disappointed
Pros:
With Foxit eSign you are able to sign electronically and minimize document lost and also saved businesses time. Integrates well with Foxit reader and it's highly affordable.
Cons:
It have limited features but it worth a trial.
Their Customer Service is non-existent
Comments: The system worked well. Right until it stopped.
Pros:
Ease of setup, simplicity of use, it worked well, right until their team made an error on our account
Cons:
Customer service is horrible. Sales NEVER answers their calls, or is slow to respond to emails. Ordered additional "envelopes" from their sales person, they errored and turned my account to a trial account which turned off our access to the service. Daily attempts at calls, emails, chats, and our services STILL have not been restored a week later. Now they simply ignore all communications.
Better options out there
Pros:
Affordable and the interface is simple to navigate.
Cons:
The app and website is very glitchy and I can’t connect most of the time. Also, your digital signature is never truly captured because I have to manually re write it every other time I log in.
Press the button, and here comes eSign Genie to the rescue!
Comments: I'm grateful to the eSign Genie support team and Kuddos [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] Everything that we needed to have done, was explained in one minute and I was advised on which plan, could make it happen as well as the price, and the ease of use. No chaos, No drama, but a simplified and Streamlined process overall. Once again, you have to be patient and not want it all done instantley...as it might take you a little bit of time (like maybe 10-20minutes if you just FOCUS in order to get it set up properly). Once you do this, it's done, and you can move onto your next project! Thanks so much.
Pros:
Chat Support available... super helpful. They will provide you with the LINKS to screen shots and videos that you need to get what you need done. You must take your time and not rush when setting up, as to ensure no hiccups during use. Overall, great product and exceptional staff! Thanks again.
Cons:
If you are overly anxious and need to know right this very second, of what to do, you need to take a deep breath, calm down, and THINK about what you actually need to get done. You need to do this before dismissing the product or get frustrated. In my opinion, the product can do and will do what you need to get done. But you need to have a bit of patience.... from there it's all go.
Foxit reader far better than Adobe reader
Comments: I don’t use eSign
Pros:
I love foxit reader for PDF. It is far superior and less resource intensive than Adobe. It launches quickly and works every time without any weird error messages.
Cons:
Sometimes after performing a routine update of the foxit reader sometimes happens we’re every document I open, automatically prints. It is irritating but simple enough to fix by uninstalling and reinstalling the program.
Signature function does not work.
Comments: Hate the experience. I wish I could convince my company to change to another package. Please do not send me a gift card. I suspect if it comes from your company, the card will not work and the experience will be agonizing.
Pros:
I do not like much about this product. I wanted to like it, I need to like it, because I am forced to use it every day. This product is hampering our audit procedures and the timeliness of our approval process. I guess the good thing about this product is it forces us to maintain our manual back up systems, i.e. print, physically sign, scan, save, send.
Cons:
The signature function does not work properly. When I try to save, my subscription has expired? The software does not allow me to save a document after signature. When I do apply a signature image, it does not allow me to rotate the document and maintain orientation with the signature. This software is very difficult and time consuming to use. The menu system and toggle switches for options are not intuitive. I miss Adobe.
Foxit e-sign fair review
Pros:
We switched from another product due to issuesFoxit e-sign is not a system I had heard of before but works well. We have implemented into our business for all users. The signature function works well
Cons:
None a this time, the system works well and carries out the functions required.

Cloud Online Document preparation and editor
Pros:
I can work anywhere I am. I can edit and sign contracts. With it I can edit and read pdf. Convert and document to any format. It makes my work so easy. Either am in office, on the road, in the car , at a fast food restaurant. Foxit is ready for me
Cons:
It does not work perfect on mobile. The capturing and editing need to be mobile friendly
My personal opinion on foxit
Comments: Very easy to operate, very inexpensive, and easy to understand.
Pros:
I like everything about foxit, nothing I can say that needs any attention in fixing or making better, but that's my opinion
Cons:
Nothing I like any better in it all,it's all good to me
Ease of use and practical for small businesses
Comments:
We started as a much smaller business a few years ago. The pricing was reasonable for our use. Within a year and a half, we have grown. While the product is efficient, the cost is considerable for the plans we may choose from.
If business could receive credit or partial credit for documents sent that are unopened or unreturned this would be a plus.
Pros:
Foxit software is relatively easy to learn and use. Uploading documents and being able to edit as needed (on each page) is a plus. We are a small business and the software has allowed our business to reach individuals who live outside of our locality. The electronic signature documents provides our business a much more efficient way to obtain releases of information, client registration, and other business related documents.
Cons:
Some clients have complained of having difficulty opening or signing documents (using phones or iPads). We have experienced minor issues with sending errors which seems to have been resolved. Often we will receive documents that are not completed or not signed (multiple pages required to be signed).
foxit
Comments: I have used foxit reader while writing articles and theses and it has been very useful for me when searching for sources.
Pros:
The foxit reader is an invaluable feature, especially when it comes to file-based word searches, offering an excellent index. It is a great tool especially for those who write doctorate or master thesis.
Cons:
When using foxit reader, google chrome sometimes blocks and the browser does not appear on the screen. In this case, this wonderful program disappoints me.
Great option for work.
Pros:
I started using it when I entered the company, it has allowed me to sign, and edit pdf files which is something very important in my position.
Cons:
The upgrading sometimes is not accurate. It takes long time until we get a new one.
Foxit eSign is a MUST if you always deal with important documents.
Pros:
You can do many things with Foxit eSign, but the thing that I like the most about it is that you can manage the signatures you need for a document. Like when you need a signature you can quickly make one right from your devices or with the use of an electronic signature pad, import it from third-party apps that generate signatures, paste directly the snapshot of the signature, or download the signature online. There are a lot of choices and it depends on the user on what is convenient for them to use.
Cons:
Additional security for the signatures so that no one can access them if you leave your device unattended.
eSign Gene is the name
Pros:
We found eSign Gene easy to integrate with the business process. World class support was always available.
Cons:
More work with third party automation integration such as Microsoft Flow and Integromat. Other esign products have already been deployed so app / module templates are already in place.
Great way to go digital!
Comments: eSign Genie is incredibly affordable compared with other options - this is a big deal for a public library with limited budget. We have gone fully digital and eSign Genie was a big part of that process and its success.
Pros:
eSign Genie allows me to upload my own custom PDF documents for signature and create templates for specified recipients or as an online form that anyone with the link can access. I love the notifications when a doc has been signed and the ability to send out reminders if they haven't. We have locations across a wide area and being able to get signatures from employees by email is such a time-saver.
Cons:
The site can be a little slow and glitchy sometimes. It doesn't like it if you try to delete templates.

Affordable and indispensible business tool with all the features we need.
Comments: Great. When I've needed support, that has been quick and friendly.
Pros:
As a small business, most pdf software is beyond our budget. Foxit is super easy to use, affordable, and reliable.
Cons:
The only issue is not being able to finalise a document after sufficient (but not all) signees have signed.
Usefulness of Foxit eSign
Comments: I've use foxit reader software quite for a long time, but I started to use foxit esign just for about a year. Then I found out that it is very useful for the way I am working with.
Pros:
E-signature is the most impactful and it is really easy to use. I just have to scan my signature and put it in the software and it is done! I can electronically sign in every form I create in pdf format. What a useful and easy thing!
Cons:
Here I could not suggest the thing in question because I usually don't use some other things and that's why I don't have sufficient knowledge to give my comment on it.
Solid Fully Integrated eSign Produce
Comments: I use the product for client signatures on SOW's, contracts and agreements as well as for capturing signatures from non-profit board members and committee leaders.
Pros:
That it is seamlessly integrated into the main menu of the PDF application, launches and executes in minimal steps with simplicity.
Cons:
Very little, they could make the manual single author signature a bit more distinct and streamlined, but this is a small nit. I find the product meets all my needs for eSigning and more.
