Best for those who are just starting out in email marketing

3.0 9 months ago

Comments: I've been using MailerLite for over a year now for my client and I'm happy that it's not that complicated. At first glance and use, you'll know how to send emails, add subscribers manually, and make automated emails. I really recommend this for those who don't have big list yet.

Pros:

It's beginner friendly unlike other email marketing platforms. The features are easy to understand especially the automations and campaigns.

Cons:

The segmentation is limited making it hard to make a more comprehensive segment of subscribers.

Best email marketing tool for small business owners.

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: Overall Mailerlite is a top-notch email marketing tool for a very affordable price.

Pros:

I like that Mailerlite offers a free plan when you're just getting started with email marketing. The setup is pretty smooth once you know where to find everything. It also offers just more robust functionality compared to some of the other platforms.

Cons:

What I like least about Mailerlite is that it comes with a bit of a learning curve for my clients. Especially if they're not super tech-savvy and don't know much about email marketing.

Excellent while it lasted

4.0 last month New

Comments: My overall experience was very good and the platform was easy to use and the functionality was excellent.

Pros:

Minimal barrier to entry for small business at the time I began, and good support before the original free plan was phased out.

Cons:

The price jump when the oritinal free account was phased out was too great for my tiny business to sustain.

Easy to use, helpful support, free trial version: recommended

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: I wanted to try out a new mailer and this was the only one offering a free version. Also I find it structured in an intuitive way and it is easy to navigate. I had a good experience with the support team and the problem was solved within 2 hours.

Pros:

easy to use, intuitive, friendly and helpful support.

Cons:

The content editor organises the text into blocks. For instance I cannot select the whole text, but only a single block (a single paragraph). I find it easier to have a text field behaving similar to how it is in active campaign or a plan document. I cannot edit the content of a scheduled campaign. I need to cancel the schedule first, go back to drafts, edit and reschedule. There is no option (or I can't find it) to edit the list of recipients once you have done so at the beginning of a new campaign.

The best free option

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Mailerlite is great. I usually recommend it to my clients who are just starting their business because its free plan is so good. It’s really easy to segment your audience and has a good range of capabilities.

Pros:

Their free plan offers a fantastic range of features, including automations so it’s very useful for creating a sales funnel and delivering free ebooks if you’re just starting, and don’t have enough of an email list as yet to justify a paid plan. And when you do upgrade its features are great.

Cons:

The design capabilities aren’t the greatest and the interface is a little clunky until you get used to it.

Email Autoresponder Delight!

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: Easy to use and well planned. The paid account is best because of the support.

Pros:

The support is amazing and thorough. There is nothing worse than not being able to get support when having issues.

Cons:

Nothing that I have found that support can't help me with!

Great for Scaling and Segmentation, But Could Use Better Email Templates

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: I switched to MailerLite after using FloDesk, which I loved but didn't have a robust enough system for my needs. MailerLite has allowed me to set up multiple lists that market to different types of people, and has helped me scale my business.

Pros:

MailerLite is pretty easy to understand, set up, and use. It was important to me that I was able to segment my lists and have great insights and MailerLite checks those boxes.

Cons:

The thing I like the least is that the templates for emails aren't very stylized or pretty. They get the job done but I really wish there were better templates.

The Best EMS For Your Business!

5.0 12 months ago

Comments: Overall, I am very happy with Mailerlite and have been recommending them to friends and colleagues for over four years now. I will remain on Classic until they discontinue it.

Pros:

Mailerlite is the best when it comes to deliverability, features, and price point. Mailerlite's automations are complex and really help you warm up your leads for a better relationship without having to personally email every single lead individually. I also like that I can tag where a lead onboarded from so I can track how well that source fits into my marketing process. I've enjoyed great deliverability since my move to Mailerlite with more subscribers getting all my import updates and more sales as a result. Mailerlite also has a robust customer service department that is always quick to help when any issues do arise.

Cons:

I'm not a fan of the new Mailerlite. I am staying on Classic because the huge price increase and the clunkiness of the new interface. It's not something I look forward to having to learn and especially not at double to price. I wish Mailerlite would honor a discount for Classic users to be grandfathered in at a better rate.

Well priced email automation for beginner email marketing

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: I'm happy with MailerLite experience. I had good support and they reply fast. I had some misunderstandings with them, but the communication about it was done with care.

Pros:

At the moment of signing up the offer was better than competition, pricing is good too. There are all the basic to medium features someone would need to set up automated email campaigns with low cost entrance, that includes hosting and editor for landing pages.

Cons:

Pricing has increased during my time of using it, and new competition appeared with better cost to features ratio, where you don't really pay monthly, but it depends on number of emails sent. So it depends on what type of pricing you need and how many emails you send.

Mailerlite is Pretty Good

4.0 9 months ago

Comments: It's been good. But I feel it's pricy. I may even exceed the current price if my list grows.

Pros:

I like the templates I can create for various email functions like welcoming and inviting subscribers.

Cons:

Trying to integrate it with WordPress was an ordeal. Why was I required to know how to set up DNS records and all of that tech stuff? But the Customer service via chat was able to resolve issues.

Great for small-base newsletters!

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: I use MailerLite for my personal newsletter within a small base of subscribers. It has been a great tool for a small writer on a free plan. It allows me to my newsletters every quarter without worrying.

Pros:

Being able to add the additonal text in the body of the email, that can be visible under title in the email client was a game changer for me :) Also, the emails are responsive on every device, I can track clicks as I send the emails over and update the subscriber base via CSV

Cons:

Saving the email as a template and re-using it could be done a bit easier The old visual editor was a bit clunky

Review of MailerLite from a beginner.

4.0 12 months ago

Comments: I am slowly "coming up to speed" and hope that I will be less frustrated as I continue to learn and incorporate all of its features.

Pros:

Good deliverability. Wonderful chat support - great support team!

Cons:

Not as user friendly as I would like. I'm having to go to chat support and this is after watching tutorials. I admit, I am not a "tech" yet hoped it would be easier to use.

Wonderful Service at an Affordable Price

4.0 12 months ago

Comments: They’ve been so great! I’ve been able to do everything I need and not break the bank doing it.

Pros:

It offers a lot of features I desperately need, like website setup and management, email subscriber management, email campaigns, landing pages, and more, all for a great cost compared to its alternatives! And their customer service is amazingly helpful when the technology challenged among us get lost!

Cons:

I wish I had a bit more control of how the blocks on websites and emails steam into one another, to make it a bit less choppy, but it’s manageable for sure!

I like that its easy to use. MailerLite has a simple, user-friendly interface, making it easy even when I'm just starting to create and send emails. Secondly its affordable, It offers a free plan with many features, and the paid plans are reasonably priced. Lastly the drag-and-drop editor. I can easily create beautiful emails by dragging and dropping elements without needing to know any code.

Cons:

It has limited templates. although it offers templates, the selection isn’t as large compared to some other email marketing tools.

An Impressed Customer

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: My experience with MailerLite so far has been excellent. I am definitely impressed by how they treat me as a customer, because not every company knows how to appreciate their customers and make them feel appreciated. I am definitely looking forward to using all of their service fully and their different features soon.

Pros:

I just recently subscribed to MailerLite and have not dived into the different features as yet. But I do love everything they have to offer. What I can talk about is my experience with their awesome customer service. Most of the time when I reach out to them for help with something or their assistance, they immediately respond within a few seconds or less than a minute. That is some awesome customer service right there that I appreciate and that I'm grateful for.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I like least about MailerLite.

MailerLite - We've Been Using It For a While. Here's What I Think

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: MailerLite has proven sufficient for us with getting out our weekly newsletters, building a mailing list, and doing so at a competitive price.

Pros:

I love that MailerLite's pricing follows a "pay as you grow" model. We've been using MailerLite for a while now for our weekly newsletter. At the start, the service was free for our first 1000 subscribers, but we switched to one of the premium plans once we grew our list beyond that count. It's nice to be able to upgrade after we've also had returns on the mailing list service, rather than paying a premium price as a newbie. It should be noted that MailerLite also has competitive pricing in comparison to other mailing list services.

Cons:

In all honestly, I don't particularly have a negative to offer about MailerLite at the moment from my own experience. However, I did hear that they deleted many free users from their systems earlier in the year. One may need to be cautious with regard to the longevity of their free plan.

This is the best I have used

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: Since day one I have LOVED MailerLite. When I have a question or an issue, their customer service is on top of it and digs in and helps me. I became certified with their awesome MailerLite Academy which was super helpful. As a designer, it was important to me to have the capability of designing the emails just how I want them without coding. This is the best I have used doing that. I also use their email cleaning product that streams in so seamlessly. Great product!

Pros:

Easy to use Great Customer Service Great Stats Beautifully designed

Cons:

There are a few clunky parts when it comes to subscriber management but nothing too bad. Some of the design modules could be better.

User-friendly interface and competitive price

5.0 last year

Comments: SVery good experience It is always my first destination because it is the best among all competitors

Pros:

Offers a wide range of easy and free features Best for individuals or businesses looking for a cheap, easy-to-use email marketing platform with a clean, modern design. It is also suitable for creating newsletters, landing pages and professional websites quickly and efficiently. The best option for those who need phone support as it does not offer this service. It also lags behind many of its competitors in terms of customer supportMailerLite's paid newsletter subscription feature is an all-in-one solution for those looking to monetize their newsletters.

Cons:

It is not the best choice for those who need more advanced features or have a larger list of email subscribers. There may be unexpected account suspensions related to compliance issues, and the account approval process may take a little longer than expected.Possibility of suspending the account without warning The approval process for new accounts takes a long time
