Easy and Helpful

Comments: It is a online a platform where can upload the invoices it will go to the respective defined approver for approval, once it is approved, the invoice are good to go for payment. Before using Procurement express, We had to actually manage the hard copies of the invoices and maintain the excel file for records, ProcurementExpress helped a lot to store invoices at one platform and hence managing invoices becomes easy.

Pros:

Easy to upload invoice, supports almost types of files, can download CSV file to analyse quickly, Stored data at one platform, can be accessible from anywhere, Good customer support.

Cons:

It doesn't give option to put tax amount manually.

Procurement Express- You wont look back !

Comments: Fast , Efficient , User Friendly , Excellent !

Pros:

Procurement Express is excellent , it can be built to your needs which is a bonus and the extras that is added really helps like the scanning of documents for saving time when processing PO'S and adding Invoices , I purchased PE for my company who never had a Purchasing tool ,all staff love it and it is so easy to use .Excellent Customer Service which is truly second to none . Integrate with your Invoicing system this will save time in your accounts department too.

Cons:

I truly do not have any dis likes regarding this Purchasing tool none that i can remember anyway !

Comments: This program is fairly easy and straight forward to use. The only real issue we have with this is the inability to write Change Orders to an existing PO. Having to write another PO to our vendor can sometimes be very confusing to their billing departments and gets our commitments scrambled at times.

Comments: From the first phone call they have been wonderful. They answered and worked with our office to meet our needs for a new PO system that would work with Quickbooks. The training and support offered by the company has been great. They make sure that we are able to use and understand the system. Offering a group training as well as individual training. Our support team has walked us through all of the issues we had and made sure that we understand how to operate with competency.

Pros:

Procurement is super user friendly, intuitive. Works well with Quickbooks. The team is fantastic, competent. Willing to assist and work through any questions or concerns.

Cons:

I currently do not have any, so far it seems to work well for our needs.

Comments: Good. All purchases are easily viewed with its status.

Easy to use system

Comments: It's a good system. I prefer it to systems that I've used in the past from more well known providers.

Pros:

It's easy to navigate. Raising purchase orders and submitting them for approval is simple. The scan feature allowing you to scan a quote to generate a purchase order is excellent, and saves time but needs some refinement.

Cons:

The scan function needs some refinement.

Friendly and Useful

Comments: Extremely friendly, helpful, and a very useful program when you discover all of the functions available to you.

Pros:

I love the chat function and how employees are available and extremely knowledgeable about fixing my problem.

Cons:

It did take some time to learn how the program operates but as with anything it takes time to learn something new.

Solid Purchase Platform

Comments: Very good and user friendly. Good chain of custody for tracking the purchases.

Pros:

Easy to use and responses are timely. Definitely like the forms that are printable.

Cons:

Print is a little small for us older users.

That we are not dealing with hard copies of PO.

in general, is a good system. that facilitates the process.

Best Way to Automate the Procurement Process

Comments: After receiving invoices, we go ahead and log in to the banking system to pay from our bank. I wish the two systems would be integrated

Pros:

Considering we were using a manual system previously, it is very efficient and user friendly.

Cons:

That since we took up the use of the system, we are not able to indicate the usage in the previous months without placing all the orders done previously. This would come in handy when tracking the budget.

We find Procurement Express is very beneficial to manage our procurement.

Comments: Easy and smooth management of Purchase order, invoices and tracking of the same.

Pros:

- Easy access and friendly to users.- Allows detailed inputs when preparing a Purchase order

Cons:

I would not be able to rate this as I believe that we have not utilize the software to it's potential to this point of time.

Customizable Purchasing Software for Any Size Business

Pros:

Easy to use, and set up. It can be tailored to most industries and has a great user interface. You can make changes to the layout yourself or have Procurement Express help. They are very helpful. It is a realatiely affordable option that works well. I came across many other clunky software platforms that were not worth it, before picking Procurement Express.

Cons:

It could have more precise tools to track supplier performance by metrics. That is its biggest weak point. We must track supplier performance for our end users. Currently we do that outside of Procurement Express.

Comments: We love using ProcurementExpress.com! It is just so easy to use it simplifies things for us and makes things run more smoothly.

Pros:

The software is so easy to use and to teach to others. It is incredibly intuitive.

Cons:

I really do not have any cons, but if I had to pick something, sometimes it takes a while for a new user/approver to show up.

User friendly program

Comments: Purchase orders.
You can easily track your spending with purchase orders.
No need paper copies, everything is done electronically

Pros:

Procurement Express is easy to learn and use. You can easily keep track of company purchases. The customer service team is fantastic if you ever have to contact to them. They will solve your problem quickly and efficiently.

Cons:

Nothing so far and I do use this program every single day. Every single function work as it should be

Helpful products. Gets the job of POs done.

Comments: Positive. Helpful when there is issues. Setup takes some effort but once it's set it's pretty maintenance free.

Pros:

Electronic approval process. Simple for end users.

Cons:

Budget process is pretty useless for accounting. Budget doesn't have a date range so could be $ per week, month, year.... Employee access is determined by department but approval is by GL account. Employee has to choose a budget from ALL budgets in the ALL accessible departments, not just those they have approval rights to. Too much to look at. For example, IT only has approval on Computer Supplies in every department but has to see every budget in every department to choose a budget for a PO.

Our whole organisation are extremely pleased with our acquisition of ProcurementExpress.com.

Pros:

ProcurementExpress.com is really easy to use, and not one of our people struggles with it. The best feature is that you can use it anywhere because it is web based, which suits us down to the ground as many of our team travel & work in remote locations. The customer support is excellent, so when we find we need a new feature the ProcurementExpress.com team usually sort us out very quickly.

Cons:

Now that we have been using it a few years the data base has grown quite large and so we would like the reporting features to be enhanced, with more filters prior to data dump rather than sorting the spreadsheets afterwards.

Great to track PO's

Comments: overall I would say this program has helped my business keep its spending in order and within budgets many times since we started using it.

Pros:

Well in a simple way of saying ti this program ROCKS. Use it daily to track my purchases with multiple vendors and locations that we buy products.

Cons:

Only con is the mobile app has to be downloaded with the classic version or its a little tricky to use.

Makes my life so much easier!

Comments: It keeps my life organized and everything is accounted for. PLUS I don't have to keep the paper receipts!

It makes everything so organized and measurable. I absolutely LOVE Rubberstamp! I just trained another girl last week on how to use it.

Cons:

I wish that I could print out reports because I do a LOT of the entries, but I'm not the Administrator. Sometimes I like to report how much I've spent on Publix and/or BJ's Wholesale Club, but I have to bug the Administrator when I want to do that. I've been with you all awhile. Any way that you can enable me to do that?

Simple & effective

Comments: I have a small tech company and need to track my teams' expenses over different budgets. There are a lot of systems out there that does this and a whole lot more but none do it as efficiently as ProcurementExpress.com. It's clean design makes it easy to use (even for the less tech-savvy in a tech company) and a major, major benefit is that its MOBILE FRIENDLY. I can respond to PO requests from my iphone, straight from my email client (ie. no need to download an app) - it's super fast and super simple. If I need any further information when I don't have full computer access then thats no problem as the whole webapp is responsively designed to it works just as well (if not better) on my iPhone.

Pros:

- Works beautifully on my iPhone without having to download an app - Does what it says on the tin and does it well - Very well laid out, ie. intuitive to use - Competitively priced

- Could use a more reporting options (I contacted their support team and they assured me they will be rolling out more options very soon)

Really Useful Software- Best One

Comments: I can save all my Vendor's Information, Easy to find Vendors and their Past POs as well.
I can see how much Buying budget I have and how much I have already spent on daily reports. Thank You to the Maker of this Software...

Pros:

This Software really helps in so many ways, You can send PO direct to Supplier's email, with Good notation (default or manual). Also It saves the Items code and Description for future orders, We can copy PO and repeat for Contract Orders which saves a lot of time. Online Chat Support- It is great that Support team is always Active and replies instantly. They are expert and solves problems very quickly, Especially "our rep" - He is very helpful all the time and provides detailed information regarding any issue and resolves faster. Thanks .....

Cons:

Well, It sends out PO Copy to each approvers; My Suggestion is that if Purchasing Manager is approving then PO Copy should not go to other people who are related to those Department or Budget.
