Great product for small business

Comments: excellent simple system for most small business

Pros:

Simple invoice and expense tracking easily tracked on dashboard with drilldown to details. Can add business logo to invoice. Can enter time and have projects populate an invoice; can add items for quick entry; can add invoice discounts at $ or %; can attach timesheets; option to send to multiple emails, option to attach pdf of invoice to email and modify email contents. Also great support.

Cons:

when a new invoice line is entered, the empty default line remains and has to be deleted

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Invoice: qbo not requred for simple business, zoho better than wave as described in 'why switched'

Great for small business

Comments: Great, it helps with my small business a lot, fast and reliable

Pros:

User friendly, costume design, simple installation for non technology users like me

Cons:

To send an invoice I have to add too much information, sometimes I don’t need to do so

Pros:

If one have a small business and does not live in a country where a certified invoicing software is needed, then this solution is a good "go to"

Cons:

Since it is not a certificated solution, it cannot be used in many countries where certified invoicing software is mandatory

Zoho Saves me time

Comments: Overall I really love Zoho. I was able to brand it with my colors and logo. I have auto invoicing, recording of payments and thank you receipts. Such a blessing because there are fewer human errors, I spend less time invoicing and more time tutoring! I get notified when invoices go out and are paid. Lovely!

Pros:

I like that I was able to set it up myself with little initial knowledge of invoicing software.

Cons:

I don’t like that once you set up a customer, you cannot change the monetary unit they are invoiced in once you have sent one invoice. I wanted to change someone from a yuan to USD but I’d have to delete and re-add them with a new email. That doesn’t work well when you have to ask a client/customer to get a new email just for you.

Alternatives Considered: PayPal and Venmo

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Invoice: The fees weee less to my client when they used the online payment services.

Comments: Just great, easy to work, convenient, etc.

Pros:

Easy to use, free, can add 3 companies for free.

Cons:

I don't find anythyng inconvenient about this app.

A good solution for SME

Zoho Invoice helping new businesses

Comments: Smooth, efficient and clear. The fields are particular so there's no time for confusion while looking for the blank.

Pros:

It's very friendly. There are no extra lines to click, and it is not overwhelming, like Zoho CRM. With this one, Zoho Invoice, I can do an invoice in less than 5 minutes. And the best it's that is free! So, kudos to Zoho for helping new businesses.

Cons:

I have to input the information about the clients, but it would be pointless without it. Overall, I'm not complaining about Zoho Invoice.

Invoicing.

Pros:

Easily accessible and also to operate. The quotation/invoicing filling is perfect

Not able to edit between two linked companies

Brilliant sole trader/small business invoicing system. Recommend to all!

Comments: Brilliant system, especially since it's free and contains so much functionality.

Pros:

Automation of invoices and ability to add taxes based on your region.

Cons:

Integration with bank accounts, however this would then start becoming quite an indepth tool.

Reasons for Choosing Zoho Invoice: I can use my country settings. It is fairly easy to edit invoices and I can keep them in my drafts. I could add my company logo which makes my invoices look professional and reliable.

Invoicing Construction Guys Can Do

Comments: I like the ease of using it. I like all Zoho products. I used to use Quickbooks and Google products and figured they'd be easy for me to use, but they were expensive and I needed an assistant to use them. I am just a small business owner doing construction work and Zoho makes it easy for me to get my invoices out and get paid.

Pros:

My assistant set up my Zoho invoice for me and even though I am a construction worker, working on site, it is still easy enough for me to use and I can send the invoices out myself without having to pay my assistant.

Cons:

I like everything about it, there's not one thing I would change. It's easy to use.

Another amazing solution from Zoho

Pros:

You get all the invoicing features you need as a freelancer, for free. You can do even more with paid features, but I found what I need with the basic features, and I'm thankful this software exists.

Cons:

The branding customisation is limited to the logo, and the invoices are watermarked. If that doesn't keep you from using this software, you'll be happy with the rest of the features.

Great Software for Sending Professional Invoices

Comments: Overall, I have used Zoho Invoice for years and is a great tool for the busy entrepreneur needing to send professional invoices quickly.

Pros:

Invoices are customisable to your own brand, very professional looking. Was easy and simple to set up recurring invoices with multiple online payment methods to enable clients different ways to pay. Easy to search for previous invoices and option to record expenses too.

Cons:

Support is a little slow to respond which would be my only criticism of this invoicing tool. I personally found support to be very helpful but they can take 2-3 days to initially respond.

Zoho Review

Comments: Awesome!

Pros:

I Literally like everything about Zoho, all of the features to all of the extras that come along with it

Cons:

I updated my company and i accidentally re-entered my old bank information and i wasn't able to resolve it without sending an email, but they were able to get it straightened out

Don't Let the Name Fool You

Comments: Love it. So economical and packed with features. Love Zoho

Pros:

Even though Zoho Invoice creates and processes invoices (which is our only main use) it has many other features such as time tracking, estimates, and expenses. Simple software but, at the same time, not so simple that it does not fit our needs perfectly. Not to mention also, the suite of Zoho business solutions. They have thought of everything a business needs

Cons:

I really cannot think of anything that I do not like about this program.

Alternatives Considered: Jotform and QuickBooks Online

Reasons for Choosing Zoho Invoice: I discovered first the Zoho suite of business solutions (which I use many of) and found invoicing. It is easier to use and it (obviously) works perfectly with all other Zoho business solutions

ZOHO is not for free even though say it is

Comments: Overall I do enjoy using Zoho because I am a small business and I need some help with my invoicing and accounting.
Last year Zoho told me that they are going to offer their services for free and I still see that on the website but I was debited by Zoho on the 14h of January????

Pros:

Zoho really helps me make my invoices look professional and it is user friendly.

Cons:

I am unable to link my bank account to zoho invoice because I am based in South Africa. The exchange rate is horrible so the amount I need to pay per transaction for the app that is suggested to connect my bank is too expensive. I can't afford the dollar to South African Rand exchange rate per transaction. SO That means I need to recon everything manually. Also if a student were to pay and use a different reference would Zoho be able to pick that up?

A good and affordable solution for invoice generation and project time tracking

Comments: Overall I was very happy with the years I used Zoho Invoice. It has a simple, easy-to-use interface, plenty of customizability with invoice design, and excellent value.

Pros:

I liked that it only had the features I was looking for, and that it wasn't overloaded with extras that I didn't need, which would have increased the price point. This was fantastic entry-level software when my business was still very young, that allowed me to streamline invoice generation for clients. I also used it to keep track of my billable hours on projects.

Cons:

Eventually I wanted to level up to software that combined invoicing and time tracking capability with accounting services, and I also wanted to expand the number of users. After researching other options, I decided that Zoho Invoice no longer met my growing needs.

Zoho is Perfect For My Small Business

Comments: It is easy to get started and use. It has been a tremendous help in running my small businesss.

Pros:

I use the free version of the software. I do not need all the extra features given I am a "one man" operation. I have used other software and this is by far the best.

Cons:

So far I cannot say there is anything I do not like about Zoho. I am a small business and do not use a lot of features so it is perfect for me and my situation.

Great service and program

Comments: Have used this free service for years. Easy to use, great features like clone invoice to copy old information

Easy to use. Can copy previous invoices and just make slight adjustments. Easy to use

Cons:

None, interface is great and intuitive. Don't like that it will erase your account if not used in 6 months. I understand the reason

Pros:

The simplicity and ease of setting up and maintaining invoices.

Cons:

The free option is limited, but honestly its enough. Certain gst options are a little tricky but my accountant can handle that.

Excellent billing tool for small businesses.

Pros:

Zoho invoice has client friendly templates which are understandable to anyone. You can design it according to your preference. It is also financially friendly for small businesses as it is free and excellent as an archive tool for your invoices.

Cons:

As I have been using it for 3 months I am expecting to find out if I can create an unlimited number of customers. It is not clear in the products description regarding this feature. Moreover there are more Zoho websites in which I originally signed up but it did not include the product I needed. After only some research I found Zoho invoices..

One of the best invoicing software

Comments: It is software with numerous features, easy to use, excellent for any business, however, for some markets that require SAF-T it is not allowed to use this software, which is a shame as it would be the leader in relation to the competition.

Pros:

Just the fact that it's free and stable is a dream for any business.

Cons:

For the market that wanted to explore, Zoho Invoice does not have a SAF-T functionality, for years I have been tirelessly trying to find out if they will add this functionality, but to date I have not received a response.
