Bizimply -- Road to scheduling and tracking

Pros:

Ease of access and managing your employees through the app is one of the best pros of this app.

Cons:

Not able to select information on the Bizimply app. For eg: selecting an email or phone number

Pros:

the software has the following benefits:- ease of inputting employees for scheduling.- easy to read schedule with colour co ordination for different roles - compliant clock in and out

Cons:

it does not allow for contract verification and handling. this is not linked to our recruitment page.

Comments: it is just fantastic overall i just loved it

i like features which i can use to make roaster for next week

everything is fine but may be you guys can make some changes it will make our lofe more easy like some featuers for time cards and more other stuff

Great software really user friendly

Pros:

The software is great, especially if you are an employee getting your timesheets. The online software is great, it works really well for scheduling time off and the work schedules are really well laid out. The mobile application is also great as an employee as you can check your schedule on the go and you receive notifications if there are any changes to the schedule which is helpful

Cons:

The software could do with some design updates, other than that it works really well, it just looks a little dated

Simply the best

Comments: Bizimply is user friendly software which we are using on daily basis on many levels. Wouldn't change it for anything else. All our employees found it easy to use and app in phone is very simple and helpful.

Pros:

I adore the simplicity of Bizimply. It's so easy to use and it plays such an important role in our office.

Cons:

Can't say anything negative, but if I would have to say one thing, it's the color scheme.

the online schedules are great and make looking at the rota's easy and its really useful to be able to send out to staff

sometimes when creating the schedules the system can run a little slow so this could be better

As a payroll analyst I personally use it for timesheets for all the employees and new starters. And I really appreciate the way it is provided to us in a very easy way.

Cons:

Comments: other than the drop in the connection on the product in the store I have no fear using this product and would highly recommended to any other company

Pros:

To be able to access the Bizimply product from the app is a real plus I must say. I have had a few times I needed to adjust the a schedule or two on the go

Cons:

The issue I have is that there is a constant drop on the app on the device we are using. it does not move from the premise and is always on the WiFi, but the Bizimply app will sometimes not work for an hour or so to connect to the network

What did we do without it

Comments: Amazing programme and with continuous development it has saved us money and made a mundane part of our Operation that little more easier and interactive

Pros:

Bizimply acts as our full HR Management. We can track attendance, holidays, training and forecasts. Its a great all in one programme and very user friendly.

Cons:

Theres nothing that I least like. I think all the functions are fantastic

Comments: Liz is always on hand to help when required- very efficent. She has taken all queries and suggestion on board and has implemented some of these alredy which really benefit the company.

Pros:

The timecard managment is great- managers can approve their teams hours and payroll can directly pull this information. You can see at a glance what colleagues are present in what location on a daily basis. Great reminders about training required, up & coming anniversary's etc.

Cons:

Leaver dates cannot be added until after the coleague leaves.

Outstanding Labour Management Tool

Comments: It has been a fantastic two years with Bizimply and we have managed to effectively utilize all the functions and saved a lot too. Highly recommend it to all companies and organizations. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been super helpful as well.

"Bizimply at Slatterys Pub D4! its our Perfect Productivity Barometer!"

Comments: Implemented Bizimply in Dec 2014 and now I could not live without it. From the start it was extremely easy to use and set up and just like any software you get out what you put in. I delegated the scheduling to middle management and concentrated on the employee database, monitoring attendance and productivity and building up a history of daily shifts by logging details once a week. I also used teh employee database to record data from staff revies held every 3/6 months. This historical data which shows sales, hours used and labour costs is now my "Productivity Baramoter" I am able to forecast the revenue and required labour and incentivise my staff to deliver on the optimum Sales Per Labour Hour rate (I now know it) that will deliver the maximum return in the most sustainable way. In our industry we cannot afford to sprint from Monday to Sunday, it's a marathon from January to December!

Pros:

Ease of use, I can open multiple windows at the same time, great support, nice GUI, good pricing and easy to find invoices, they understand our industry, continuously improves functionality.

Cons:

Lack of colour or shift type differentiation

Comments: The benefits would be the easiness of creating the schedule and being able to copy certain hours from previous schedules and having all the payroll informaiton completed for us

Pros:

The main product is extremely easy to use and implement into our daily routine. The staff can easily clock in and out from their own phone and the GPS feature helps us ensure that all employees are in the building when doing so. The set up was really straight forward and had a thorough run through of the whole product from a Team Member through Zoom which was really helpful as I was able to ask any questions straight away! The information that the product gives is really beneficial as it saves us having to count up all employee hours and work out rates of pay and overall wages to send to our accountant as all this information is already done for us through Bizimply.

Cons:

The thing that could be improved is that if an employees shift was changed once the schedule was published is that the employee could get a notification telling them what their shift has been changed to.
