When I switched to the cloud, I had an issue getting my database converted. As I was struggling with that, my phone rang. It was ACT calling to see if I needed help with anything. I said yes and within 2 minutes, I had a support specialist remoted on my computer fixing my problem (not theirs - I sent the wrong file). > > **Cons**: What's not to like.
