> **Pros**: I like the sense of community for the workplace with this program. It's a fun way to recognize each other and be rewarded as well. I like the UI for the most part. I like the simplicity and ease/user-friendly site navigation.

> **Cons**: What I don't like is that you have the option to "follow" others, but choosing to follow doesn't seem to make a difference with anything. I thought that following someone would at least send me the birthday/anniversary reminders in my email for them. Nope. Also, the profile aspect is very lacking. I wish the "activity" section would reflect how it appears in the community newsfeed instead of just the listed format.

> **Cons**: 1. you cant boost recognitions in any increment you want (if you have 1500 points available you cannot boost because it requires 2500 points ONLY)&#10;2. you dont get any notification on catalogue items that go on sale, so if you want to buy a gift card on sale, you must look all the time.&#10;3. you cant tell who else a recognition has been shared with, I receive a recognition, was it shared with my manager, should i share it with my manager, could it become a duplicate share, I dont know.
