> **Pros**: The transition from another CRM to Claritysoft was very seamless. Very user friendly\! We love the way that the Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities modules all work together.

> **Pros**: The pages look clean and orderly, with even spaces. There are also lots of features to store information and to organize events. The email extension that saves and organizes correspondences on the site is also convenient and it's so good, we're required by our org to use it.

> **Cons**: Front end bugs out sometimes. Doesn't always save. App is confused if it's a one page app or a sequential app. Why does the time change after you change the date? And why isn't the total time auto calculated from the time entry? And why does the calendar always go back to day when I change it to week. And doesn't the project autopopulate with my own projects

> It's hard to get a lot of information on a single page, so I miss tasks sometimes because they're cut off. I get really frustrated by it sometimes and I dislike using it.
