The easiest to use e-signature tool of all time.

5.0 last month New

Comments: DocuSign has transformed our signing tasks into the digital era by helping us to transition from the handwritten signatures to paperless e-signatures. It makes it easy and quick to sign documents. Thanks to DocuSign, am able to sign documents from anywhere at any time even when am on the field.

Pros:

DocuSign has the most advanced data protection tools that makes it possible to sign confidential documents securely. It is easy to access on my mobile and laptop which allows me to sign documents from anywhere especially when am on the field. DocuSign is very easy to use and signing a document takes very little of my time. It also has a secure file sharing tool that makes it easy to share signed documents with the relevant parties.

Cons:

No troubles encountered with DocuSign. I genuinely find nothing in DocuSign to dislike.

DocuSign Review

4.0 2 weeks ago New

Comments: Fairly positive experience overall. Easy to customize forms and love that you can make a template for commonly used forms. It is nice that you have a variety of choice from checkboxes, short text, long text, names, etc. I also love that you can make some fields required if needed. Their customer service can be pushy though as I feel happy with our current plan, but get contacted frequently to upgrade and always by different representatives as if they are not keeping track on their end.

Pros:

I love that we can build custom forms for our needs. It is pretty straight forward in set up and use

Cons:

recipients are given a prompt when they complete the document to sign up for an account. They often worry that this is required and the document will not be completed if they do not sign up.

Buyer Beware - Will Pay Per Envelope - They Add Up Fast!

3.0 2 months ago

Comments: Tool is fine; Account Management and Executive Decision to charge per envelope stinks.

Pros:

I actually really like the tool itself. I've used it for many years. I like the notifications when someone has viewed the document and it remembers information about the signer so you don't have to re-type your name in when you sign it like with PandaDoc.

Cons:

They have started ripping off users by charging per envelope. After being a user for many years with no measurement of how many envelopes are used, they decided they don't want you getting to use their software unless you pay for every single time you send an envelope. Considering I'm in Sales and sometimes you send envelopes that are not ready to be received and you are hoping the convenience will prompt closing a deal, this creates a waste of my service usage. I don't know who advised them to do this but what a cheap way to make a buck. What if NetSuite started charging you for every invoice you wrote? Sheesh. The software isn't being used like 10,000's envelopes. But now you have to pay for every 100 envelopes. If I could find a tool that worked like DocuSign I would gladly change but I haven't found one. And I only use the basics. Adobe should easily be able to edge out DocuSign but it is ugly and not easy to use. PandaDoc is what we now use for internal document signing so we don't push our DocuSign envelopes too high. But it is a weird name, what CFO trusts some email coming to them to sign a contract from PandaDoc?? DocuSign should go back to their roots; maybe raise your annual fee but don't charge per envelope! That's like charging for every 100 emails! What a ripoff.

E-signature Document Collector Docusign - from an HR perspective

4.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Satisfaction, it does the job as it is supposed to, but can add some features to enhance user experience

Pros:

Documents are highly secured and it's simple to use

Cons:

Some features, such as the ability to upload files, are missing. Additionally, the number field behaves oddly, as it always requires a value ending in .00, even though clients often need to input simple whole numbers

Docusign make sure not to sign you're boat away .

3.0 2 weeks ago New

Comments: Between the fact that you can install Docusign on any device from any in the world in a major positive point , but I have to say I am on the fence with this one the functionality and features doesn't justify the price per month. So I am going to have to say the overall experience is down to the user if you think the product + features are worth it for the price asked .

Pros:

User friendly , To get started is for free and they have a mobile app that is easy to navigate and use even for beginners not versed in the art of e-document signing.

Cons:

The cost of the highest tier publicly available pricing goes up to $65/month and that doesn't even include the available features which is obviously a bit of a bummer and slightly on the downside .

A useful product for contracts & professional docs w/excellent communication

4.0 2 weeks ago New

Comments: I use DocuSign for sending our intake docs to patients for completion and execution. I like the communication of document status through DocuSign. I know who has completed docs and who has viewed but not completed docs.

Pros:

I like the ease of creating templates with our internal documents for sending to patients.

Cons:

DocuSign is sometimes clunky and repetitive. Somewhat pricey as well. Also, you can't go month-to-month.

Good Tool but Expensive

4.0 5 months ago

Comments: Docusign helped us transition from paper-based processes to electronic paper filling and signing, so we are thankful for that.
Once transparency with envelopes left was taken away we are starting to wind down our usage of Docusign and have implemented other solutions that are more cost effective and transparent.

Pros:

User friendly for less tech-savvy individuals to easily add individual documents to an already created envelope templates. Dropping fields into forms is easy and seamless. Renaming fields to pre-fill the same field on a different form within the envelope

Cons:

Cost - this service was very expensive compared to other subscription-based models. Voided envelopes were deducted from the overall envelope allotment. Was unable to see how many envelopes were left out of total amount purchased, this ability was available and then removed. I was told to ask customer service, then received the wrong information from customer service for this request, then I was told by customer service to obtain the information from my sales representative. This ability was taken away, it should be readily available.

Worst provider in the market.

1.0 5 months ago

Comments: So so bad I would never ever be a customer again in the future.

Pros:

Their platform was generally available without major downtime.

Cons:

Their product is so badly designed it is untrue. Their API is poor and badly documented. They are missing critical capabilities now commonplace in their competitors. Their staff are rude and unhelpful. They have corrupted and lost documents without apology or compensation. They charge extra for every possible capability, making their pricing model utterly incomprehensible.

Easy and efficient E-signing

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Overall, the experience has been good. I think there’s still a lot left for me to explore, but so far it’s been quite efficient.

Pros:

I like the software because it simplifies document uploading and pre-filling, making it so that the only step required from the client is the final signature.

Cons:

I think I'm still in the exploration and learning phase, and maybe I haven't done everything correctly. However, I've found the document editing part a bit confusing, especially for documents that have already been sent.

Docusign in Education

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: Overall, I enjoy using Docusign. It has helped meet the needs of a school special education department. The department uses it effectively to gather signatures on legal documents. The program tracks the signatures and saves documents for you, including the date it was created. This is very helpful for legal compliance.

Pros:

Docusign is user friendly and easy to understand and navigate.

Cons:

The only feature that is somewhat confusing is when it asks you to fill in the fields that people need to sign.

Docusign overcharged me $300 and they did admit it but would not refund

1.0 3 months ago

Comments: I was a member of Docusign since 2019. I paid them as a single
user $300 a year for using their services. I found out that
they double charged me for last years membership. I called
and talked to them and they did admit that they overcharged
me $300. But they would not be able to refund me the $300
because their company policy is to not refund money even
though they admitted that they made the mistake.
I did end my membership with them on 11-1-2024. I have a
problem with a company that treats their customers like this. I
have a problem with dishonest companies that do not stand behind
their word. I looked up online and found that they are not a
Better Business Bureau member and I see that they have 183
complaints in the last 3 years. They have 82 complaints just in
the last 12 months.
I searched online for another service that could do the same
thing that Docusign was doing for me. and I found a new service
called Adobe sign. Basically I have clients that signs contracts.
I use their “request e-signatures service”. They actually
do a better job than Docusign did. I was able to use their trial
services for a few days before I became a member. I pay them
$13 a month and there is no limit on how many e-signatures I
receive from clients.

Pros:

Using E signatures. I was a member since 2019

Cons:

They double-charged me for my yearly membership fee

Could not work without it.

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: My overall experience with DocuSign has been very positive. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage documents. One of the standout features for me has been the ability to set up templates, which has truly been a game changer. This feature saves me a significant amount of time when sending documents, as I can quickly customise and reuse templates without starting from scratch each time. Overall, DocuSign has streamlined my workflow and made the signing process much more efficient.

Pros:

I really appreciate how easy it is to use DocuSign! Setting up templates has been a game changer for me, as it saves so much time when sending documents. The ability to quickly customise and reuse templates makes the signing process incredibly efficient.

Cons:

While I appreciate the overall functionality, one downside of DocuSign is that setting up workflows or advanced features, like automated reminders or templates, can be a bit cumbersome for new users. It would be helpful if there were more in-app pop-up demos or tips, such as 'Did you know?

DocuSign is a Must-Have for HR Professionals!

4.0 last year

Comments: Initially, I was concerned DocuSign might be, like other programs, too complicated or labor-intensive. I was pleasantly surprised to see that DocuSign is incredibly user-friendly and has many built-in time-saving features. Whenever I have to send or review a document in DocuSign, I am able to get in and out in less than five minutes. I wholeheartedly endorse the product.

Pros:

I love the fact that you can customize your own templates in DocuSign. Since many of the documents we send out are repetitive, being able to customize a document once (with its multiple signatures and other fields) and using the same template for subsequent document delivery is a huge time-saver.

Cons:

I don't have anything negative to say about DocuSign. It's done everything I have needed it to in my role as an HR professional.

Pros:

Managing Document Signature.

4.0 3 months ago

Comments: We are using this to manage and to take sign electronically from the customers on the prospects and to add them in the library. We can make the templates according to us but that also requires upcharge.

Pros:

1. Easy to manage and sign the documents authentically, securely electronically. 2. It is an extremely easy platform to use and start with. Extremely decent layout. 3. Bot on customer support is also good for basic queries resolution instantly.

Cons:

1. It is quite expensive for small companies to use everytime. 2. Sometimes glitch in mobile app experienced. 3. The major cons is most of the time instead of giving resolution they urge to make extra money to buy some more features.

Very easy to use and with a strong brand awareness

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: I currently use it more as a user, and it is great. Very easy to use, very intuitive. Even people who are very clumsy with computers are able to use DocuSign for the digital signature because it is very intuitive. Also the strong awareness it represents an advantage at the moment of requesting a digital signature.

Pros:

It is very easy to use, very intuitive. One doesn't need to be a technology expert to set it up and use it. It has a strong brand awareness, which may help at the moment of asking for a digital signature.

Cons:

I contracted DocuSign in a period in which I had to send many contracts per month for digital signatures. DocuSign had a monthly limit of contracts that could be sent for the basic subscription and it was quite expensive to upgrade. I spoke with an agent who promised me a discount but then they never came back to me.

Comments: My overall experience is great. It's a company that does everything as advertised Is an industry standard. for many industries. Again, like real estate, energy, medical, even the government as well as others.

Pros:

DocuSign seems to be very easy to use. It's again one of the standards for documents and contracts digitally and electronically sent and signed. and recognized by many industries, including the government and medical, as well as real estate and energy..

Cons:

I don't really have too many cons or actually just only one. I wish their pricing could be a little better. It's affordable, definitely. within small bit small or medium sized business, but it can be a little pricey if you're doing more than 10 or 20 contracts a month.

Docusign - for streamling contract signing.

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: It’s not overloaded with features I don’t need, which I appreciate, and it gets the job done efficiently. Overall, it’s a good option for streamlining contract signing.

Pros:

We use Docusign to send PDF Terms of Business to clients for signing. Works really well and is a straightforward process. The client can read and then digitally sign the documents. We then both receive a copy of the signed terms. You don't need to be tech-savvy to use Docusign.

Cons:

It has been difficult to get through to customer support a couple of times, but I think that may have been a one off busy period.
