Online reviews is what swayed us but later realized most of the reviews Rentall is riding on is from when they were owned by Novatar- since Rentall took over after 2021 the service has been terrible and reflects in the reviews. Don't fall for the price, it will cost you down to road in angry customers, loss of time trying to fix issues and a software that doesn't work. > > **Cons**: The software doesn't work for what it advertised for period. our website was constantly running into tech issues, clients could not book for one reason or the other. As I write this right now, my website has been down for 2 days due to a Rentall outage and I haven't heard back on a solution from Rentall. We get over booked all the time, the booking calculations don't work properly and you are constantly getting complains from clients- the system has so many bugs that they can't resolve. It's just not a market ready product since Rentall took over. > > I regret going with Rentall, especially as a new business where you need to start off with a good impression- all the bad reviews my business received were due to Rentall bug related problems. Even when you report issues it takes weeks to resolve or in most cases they never get back to you and you just have to deal with the consequences of that. The software is very substandard.
