I have everything in control
Comments: The platform is easy to use and allows me to carry out a complete management of Human Resources in my company

What I liked the most about this platform was the way it centralizes all the information related to human resources management

Fills in some gaps in HR workflow at a reasonable price
Comments: Our company picked WebHR as a inexpensive way to make up for a lack of human resource focused software, and a lack of attendance tracking solution for salaried employees. Moving from a self reporting pen and paper solution for recording time off and requesting vacation leave to WebHR has been a major improvement for us and has resulted in better communication between management and human resources. Ultimately we are finding that WebHR is going to serve as a stop gap measure while our company transitions to a more robust ERP accounting solution that will offer human resource more tools to do their job along side our payroll and accounting departments.
Pros:
Accessed through the web and hosting is included with the software subscription. Is able to be linked to Azure Active Directory, so employees do not need to remember additional login information if you currently use some form of Office 365 product. Inexpensive attendance tracking solution for our company's salaried employees.
Cons:
The mobile layout is useless once you leave the dashboard page.

WebHR, my new Consultant
Pros:
I must confess, the whole software is very helpful, but prominent amongst every feature is the Applicant Tracking System. everything we do in the office revolves around hiring the capable hands to go about it. Thus, with the aid of this feature, my office is now the home of professionals. As per the integration with my business process, it has not been easy because we were used to the conventional interview, staff scouting and human resource management system, nevertheless, adopting has made our office an utopia and WebHR, our new consultant

Employees' Management was Not So Easy Before!

1. Lags in speed performance.
2. It doesn't have automated system to send automated e mails to employees for any job openings within
the company.

WEB HR review
Comments: Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging. In fact, some times they go out of their way to give support.
Pros:
It is user friendly and the user interface is quite interactive. It is like Facebook for employees! Makes employee engagement better.
Cons:
Some of the functionalities should be enhanced, the software is still in its initial phases so more different types of features need to be added to make it a holistic HR software. Recruitment tracking and application screening should get better.

Occasional glitches, slow loading times, and limited customization options for certain features.

Pros:
All aspects are transparent, easy to comprehend, and specifically delineated.
Cons:
The initial implementation of access roles was difficult to understand and had to be modified several times in order to prevent personnel from accessing areas they should not. This issue could be easily solved by making access role templates available.
Good looking HR Management tool
Pros:
First impression I got from this tool was the design. I am a big fan of flat design and UX in general - the the effort put into this software is great and deeply appreciated.n terms of functionality, the software does provide all needed modules, but with the way they're presented and working, I wouldn't suggest using this software for large companies, would probably be best so stick with it if your company is comprised of <250-300 employees, otherwise everything will get cluttered.
Cons:
Lack of mobile access / version - that's a requirement now in 2018. UI seems somewhat cluttered when having to many employees / profiles added.

1. Very useful for small organizations, User management is very good. Even a starter employee can handle WebHR in easy manner. 2. Report sections are very good and easy to understand. Charts and data retrieving is very nice 3. Adding new users is very easy, and monitoring them is very effective 4. Payroll generation is very simple, easy to share the details with your employees. payslip format is clean and informative. 5.Employee Leave management is good. Absent Employees , Late comers , Early Comers and Early leavers is very effective and useful. 6.
Cons:
1. When loading higher data , app seems slow. Need performance improvement. 2. Worksheet entry for employees is not as much flexible 3. Leave multilevel approval is not available 4. Payroll calculations are not fully automated , need to work on that. 5. Multilevel approval is not available in any cases 6. Multi window handling is not available, Modern applications give multi window options 7. UI changes needed. Some case app seem hanging (On reports / Gang charts etc) 8. Offline Mode needed with online mode .
Most effective solution for my side of the world
Comments: I had been searching for a solution to cater to the UAE labor requirements and after loads of trials and error I selected WebHr. I have to mention that the support team have been awesome from day one. All my special requests have been handled and tended too.

Comments: Once your organization is set up, changes continue to happen and the Customer Service Department (especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT]) was more than helpful with getting them done.

From the employee perspective, very easy to record vacation/sick time

A little repetitive during onboarding setup

Great for HR management
Comments: Heavy hiring is made possible and easy to document and track using WebHR.
Pros:
Love the job module, it´s fairly easy to use, keeping track of employee data and data input is made by filling out editable forms, it´s a good tool.
Cons:
Please fix the UI so it works on all mobile devices, it´s almost impossible to work in my phone, responsiveness.

WebHR = GRANULAR, CHEAP, EFFICIENT
Comments: A lot of time and detailed meetings went into setting and testing our trial account which was a great thing. It took some time but in the end it was all worth it. After a thorough research of the market and evaluating my company needs i settled for WebHR as the most reliable, efficient and cost effective HR platform for my company.
Pros:
The ease of customization and the attention to detail that i have not seen in any other HR softwares.

I believe the support can be more expedited.

attendance synchronization with leaves is not as appreciable as it must be. linkage with leave deduction or customization as per requirement is not available at first hand.

Easy to stay on top of company initiatives
Pros:
I like the conversations element. I can easily engage with the people in the company and stay on top of goals.
Cons:
The visual style. It wouldn't hurt to have a few things that were better from an aesthetic standpoint.

Easy to manage tasks
Pros:
I like the "assign task" feature the most as it helps you manage and not forget the tasks that you need to perform on a particular day.
Cons:
It automatically logs out after few minutes

It is well organized and structured System.
Comments: It is very specific data oriented which helps general HR activities run smoothly. It has an organized Time sheet management tool.
Pros:
It is a user friendly System. Also the modules and categories are specific and relevant to the general HR system.
Cons:
It is an expensive software system. As an System Admin and User, It has limited customization option.
