> **Pros**: Easy to use\!  User friendly, love that we can be at different facilities and be able to access.  Love that we can access the database at any time\!

> **Cons**: It has to be installed on a computer so we cannot log in from any computer.  It would also be amazing if we could log in on a macbook.  I would also love a feature where I could print off a claim history for a client - like a zero statement but with all claims, even those we are waiting on remittance for.  It is also challenging that once an invoice has been sent we cannot send a statement showing every claim and payment until the following month.
