They main benefit to us as a real estate buyers agency is during a property purchase all stakeholders can be invited to a project and follow along next steps and the entire process easily. Instead of us chasing down important documents like signed contracts it's now automated - clients receive a task to upload and they do it themselves. At the same time we can share important files in the portal with clients who need it. We can even invite third party partners such as accountants and mortgage brokers to a client portal and have all files and communication in one place

> **Cons**: Maybe more features, but they keep rolling out cool ones. A mobile app would me amazing as well. I do wish that the team could be automatically added to every new project. I wish you could edit due dates and other details in list mode vs going into each step and taking 2-3 clicks.
