Offers robust assessment and ongoing impact on KPIs

Pros:

Serand is easy to use and provides us with a variety of insights into each candidate. We can see their skills, experience, personality, and values. This helps us to get a better understanding of each candidate and make more informed hiring decisions.Serand has also helped us to reduce our hiring bias. We used to rely on our gut instincts when making hiring decisions, but Serand helps us to make more objective decisions based on data.

Comments: Great experience with a great software team

Pros:

One of the standout features of Serand for me is how quickly I can put together an assessment. With their ready-made templates, I can whip up a complete test in under 5 minutes. Plus, I really value how they present the test results – it's crystal clear and user-friendly, making it a breeze to grasp and share with my colleagues.

Not much to not like, the software is amazing and fills all our needs

Serand helps you find the best fit candidates

Comments: Serand gives you a good idea of what both new and existing team members are like. It also helps you put together a well-rounded team by finding new people that complement your existing team's skills and personalities. Serand takes some of the guesswork out of hiring and helps you make sure that the new hires are going to be the best fit.

Serrand has saved me hours of calls with unqualified applicants

Pros:

I have a small team and therefore end up taking on a lot of my hiring process myself. It's critical that I limit the amount of bad interviews that I have and save as much time as possible. The screening questions both automate sending out questions to applicants and help me quickly disqualify bad ones.

Cons:

It's an intuitive software, so honestly there isn't much to hate here. Maybe manual setup, but that's going to happen with any SaaS tool.

Improve candidate selection

Comments: Very good and I would carry it forward to my next job. I wish I had it for the recruitment I was doing at William Hill, it would have saved me a lot of time and I would have interviewed a much better calibre of candidate for both contract and perm roles.

Pros:

Serand has helped us improve the candidate experience and create a more personal and efficient hiring process. By getting to know the candidates before the interview, we can make better decisions about who to hire.

Drastically improved recruitment experience

Pros:

Serand has helped us save so much time and hire better candidates. We used to lose a lot of time interviewing candidates who weren't a good fit for the job, but now we're able to identify the best candidates right away. I highly recommend Serand to anyone looking to improve their hiring process.

Cons:

From my current user experience, Serand has improved the internal recruitment experience and time to hire. The UI could benefit from more signposting

Time & Cost saved with excellent hires

Comments: Serand's technical assessments are a lifesaver. They help us quickly and easily find candidates who have the skills we need, without having to spend hours writing our own coding tests. It's a huge time-saver, and it's helped us hire some really great people.

Pros:

The technical assessments helped us to shortlist quickly. Onboarding was also a breeze with great support!

Cons:

We needed help tailoring the tests to our specific role and its requirements but the support from Serand was without fault.

Serand is scientifically backed approach

Pros:

Serand brings something really unique to the table with its scientifically backed approach to predicting job performance. It includes personality and value questions, giving you a full-on picture of applicants that goes way beyond just looking at their CVs. I'd totally recommend Serand to anyone who's part of the hiring process.

makes a big difference

Pros:

Serand has made a big difference to our hiring process. It's fast and intuitive to use and helps to identify the best candidates for our roles. We can now quickly and easily screen candidates based on their skills, experience and values without relying on time-consuming manual resume reviews. This has saved us a ton of time and helped us make better hiring decisions
