Comments: I Love the app and I have only "Herd" good thing from our parents and teachers about their experiences.

Pros:

If I had to pick one feature or function I liked the most about Herd it would have to be the customer service. From my first email reaching out to the company, I have always felt like a priority to them and I have always been treated fair and quickly.

Cons:

The mobile app on my phone is really easy to understand and use so training people on how to use the app wasn't really needed. that is usually something I struggle with when using technologies in our school. So as of now I have had no Cons.

Excellent Communication Hub!

Comments: Herd has been a huge success at our school! Students and Teachers are using Herd a ton, and our admins couldn’t be happier with this platform. It makes school communication simple and safe as it should be. The all-in-one approach to Herd is what truly sets them apart!

Pros:

Herd allows our school to simply oversee all communications, and ensure that messages between students and teachers are safe and relevant.

Cons:

Can’t think of any cons at the moment! This is an excellent platform!

Lightweight Solution to set up and start using

Comments: Easy to setup and use

Pros:

Simple Integration with ClassLink and zero IT maintenance going forward required

Cons:

Still waiting on some improvements that are currently on the roadmap

Best Parent-Teacher App!

Comments: Herd has been a huge improvement to our district's parent-teacher communication strategy. Before I was having to use 5 different apps to communicate with my children's teachers, but with Herd all messaging is in one secure place where it's so simple to quickly interact with teachers when needed.

Pros:

Herd finally gives me the chance to keep all my kids updates and info in one single place. All teacher communication is easy to access and respond to when needed.

Cons:

None at all! Herd has been a breeze, and is so easy to set up!

Perfect for my Classes and Teams!

Comments: Herd is truly a blessing! Has finally made it easy and effective to get in touch with all my students and ensure that my announcements are being read and received! Love this app!

Pros:

Herd makes it so simple to easily manage and communicate with all my students and athletes from day to day! And best of all, my kids participate so much more than ever before. Herd is very familiar to students and they enjoy using it.

Cons:

None! This app is exactly what our school needed!

PERFECT for Online Classes

Pros:

My students are able to effectively communicate amongst one another, and sometimes my students answer questions that my students may need answered for me. I LOVE seeing my class working so well together.

Cons:

I myself do not have any cons at the moment

This app is AMAZING!!!

Pros:

Sometimes I forget to tell my students something important that they need to known for the next in-class lecture, and I really enjoy being able to make quick and important announcements to keep me from having to tell them the next day.

Cons:

I don't experience any downsides to using Herd as of now.

My favorite Class Tool is HERD

Pros:

The Company's customer service is amazing. They are always very nice and they reply very fast.

Cons:

I do not have any serious Cons at the time, but I would like to see a feature that allows me to change the color of my app. I did ask if that was something I could do in a meeting with the Tech Support and they told me they were working on that function right now.

I LOVE this app.

Comments: I have loved using this software, I will be sure to use it as long as I work in education and I cant wait to see what new features Herd offers next.

Pros:

I really enjoy the simplicity of the app. The app also offers a lot of abilities for teachers and administrators like myself to use that make our jobs faster and easier.

Cons:

I do not have any critiques at the time.

Replaced annoying group texts for Coach/Team communication

Comments: Has been a great replacement to our previous email list/group chat way of doing things

Pros:

It is one single app that everyone on the team can use instead of going through email lists or group chats.

Cons:

It would be nice to be able to personalize push notification settings.
