> **Pros**: J’apprécie la simplicité d’utilisation du logiciel et que au moindre problème, il est possible de joindre un technicien en passant par le chat avec un rappel très rapide si problème. J’utilise Obat depuis 2019, et j’apprécie les évolutions.

> **Cons**: Il faudrait que l’adresse du client apparaisse quand on sélectionne un client pour faire un devis ou une facture

Il y a beaucoup de bugs également lorsque l'on met des photos dans la description des devis.

Un mode hors ligne serait au top mais peut être irréalisable ?
