> **Pros**: It is easy to create a survey with RateMyService. The template is simple enough to customize especially with various emojis. Anyone can do it in less than a few minutes. Just using 3 types of ratings, I can see which areas I need to work on.

> **Pros**: I like the way it can be set up. It's straightforward, and you don't need any tech skills to be a pro with this service. It has all that is necessary to get quality feedback. When a user clicks on the emoji icon, they get a customer survey to fill out if they want to give a proper review of the service. It's very well organized, and I love the dashboard where is everything almost suits my logic. It depends on the user to user, but it's easy to find everything you need to start with the service.

The service is available in Arabic, Danish, English, French, German, Russian, and Spanish, but I need it to be available in Serbian because I didn't find the ability to change the survey page (customer feedback form).  The question is editable.
