I have been using Cority for about a year and a half and have been our site administrator 1 year
Pros:
The adaptability and ability to customize layouts and information to what is relevant to us is excellent. The fact that it gets updated every 4 months means when we do find improvements we would like, they are quite often already in the works. The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.
Cons:
Some of the limitations prevent it from being exactly what we need, however that is to be expected with any commercial software. The Cority team is quite helpful at finding us work arounds for the pieces that we cannot change.

Pros:
Very configurable and stable platform. Customer support is awesome.
Cons:
Experience lag when uploading to server at random times.

staff are lovely and helpful and will try and create a work around if cannot be changed on the system
Community team are very responsive and this has been really positive experience since moved onto community

Query builder / dashboards, able to have a lot more control on reporting Community is extremely helpful More online functionality Control over fields and layouts to record the data we want to capture SEGs System is essential a blank canvas we can adapt for our needs.
Cons:
not specifically designed for OH yet, awaiting for enhancements that benefit OH services When migrated, was not warned on what would be different and what it would impact (such as org tree - NHS clients more than likely always need multi level tree) The diary - cannot see different diary vertical side by side. Cannot group resources Diary is good or searching for appts that are scheduled, but difficult to use for scheduling without using the availability finder, which is not working Employee registrations linked with MyCority account, meaning email field should always be work email for managers. Would be good to have functional secondary/personal email to reduce admin task of adding a contact, and eliminate the risk of accidently changing the email field to personal email and then a manager receiving notifications to their personal email address

Pros:
THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ENHANCED OVER THE YEARS SO IT TAKES LESS TIME TO PERFORM DAY TO DAY FUNCTIONS.
Cons:
THE START UP COST AND TIME .WE HAD TO UTILIZE A FULL TIME IT PERSONNEL.

Cority/ReadySet is a game changer
Comments: It has changed our department for the better in so many ways. We are efficient and well organized.
Pros:
This software has greatly improve the efficiency of our employee health program. I truly do not know how we would have managed Covid issues without it. Highly recommend!
Cons:
There is honestly nothing that I don't like about Cority. I am able to manage most things, but the few things that I cannot manage/change are quickly addressed.

Expensive Solutions
Comments:
We had a negative overall experience with the company. They weren't interested in our initial tender and even after convincing them to bid, they put in only the basic effort. Once selected, they immediately went into money maximizing mode and then we were met with a carousel of different people and account reps that never had any consistency. Some are of the staff are good and supportive but overall you just get this vibe that their focus is to just check you off their list and move on regardless of your readiness or the state of the product.
Decent Solution but Subpar Implementation Services.
Pros:
Cority is a powerful platform with tons of features and lots of integration opportunities. It is used by many large companies and is able to customize the solution to a degree if you're willing to pay. There is also a great community behind it where people can come together to answer questions and propose software changes.
Cons:
1. Expensive - this is a very expensive solution, even compared to other players in the space. Not only is the base solution expensive, you are essentially forced into a position to buy "consulting hours" and time for anything after your basic implementation. It can get excessive at times. 2. Pressure - during implementation, you are under immense pressure the entire time from them to move the project forward and any slight changes in timeline are met with fee's and warnings. They have a overly intense emphasis on hitting the deadlines at the cost of implementation quality.

EHS made easy
Comments: Really enjoy working in Enviance. Inputting data, editing objects and building reports are done quickly and with ease.
Pros:
Interface is laid out intuitively. Easy to navigate.
Cons:
Too many confirmation screens. Refreshing return you to the top of the menu/page

ReadySet Correspondence delay
Comments: [sensitive content hidden] was able to answer my questions regarding the user's questions and experience she was having due to delays with sending emails and reassured it was due to an influx of mass emails that caused the emails to delay.
Pros:
Cority was able to respond to my request promptly and inform me they will be personally looking into my issue.
Cons:
I did not have any cons about my issue with Cority.

Very versitile and powerful EHS compliance tool
Comments: Great company to work with, good customer service. Always impressed with the forward thinking and continued improvement and advancements.
Pros:
The tool is customizable to almost any situation. The calculation engine is one of the best we have found anywhere, and is a main reason we purchased the tool. We can use and configure the tool with little to no assistance.
Cons:
There can be a steep learning curve to the system. With a fully implemented system, when overarching changes need to be made there can be a significant amount of work, however this is likely similar in any platform as complex as this (we use the Enviance platform).

Equipment Maintenance with IQS software 2016
Comments: We have been using this software since 2008 and we switched to the web version in 2013. We use this software to maintain our equipment and it is a valuable asset to record keeping and documenting the preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling. It does require some time to add data to the fields but once it is done it is easy to look up and check on the equipment to see when maintenance has been completed and any upcoming PM's that we need to plan for. I also modify reports in IQS to make it easier for managers to use. I add the new users into IQS and help them with any issues they run into. The software has made it easier for us to show our customers how we are maintaining our equipment during audits.

IQS Review
Comments: My company has been using IQS for our Quality system for aver 20 years. It has proven to provide us with all the funtionality that we require to be a leader in our industry. The IT Customer Support is by far the best I have ever dealt with.
Pros:
There is a alot of funcitonality available with the software.
Cons:
The web is not very customizable. Everything seems to require a new deployment.

Comments: I love how cority listens to customers and values feedback.
Pros:
We had a major gap while we transitioned from an old database to Cority. I liked how we became tied in from occ health to safety, less paper and felt like we were moving up with the times.
Cons:
Training when releases come out! AND It often feels like new things come with a cost and it’s hard to keep going back and asking for money each time.

Easier to view with newer format; The dashboard feature is helpful for an overview;

The need to program the reports and set up the business rules. More IT than I am used to and an RN.

IQS Review
Comments: I use IQS for Supplier Quality every day, the AVL, Supplier Nonconformances etc. I love the new version.
Pros:
Ease of use.
Cons:
Supplier Audit Checklists - Cannot see the whole question.

We are pleased that Curtiss-Wright has benefited from the use of the functionality within the IQS software. Good Software but Clunky
Comments: Data entry is very cumbersome compared to the Access databases we used to use. We stopped using part of it several years ago and went back to Access because of the time required to click one button after another and switch between tabs. The Access database allows all data entry to be done on one screen and is at least 10 times faster. Also need simpler inspection plan setup ability and the ability to link to pre-set characteristics that are used across multiple product numbers so that a change to a specific universal characteristic is pushed forward into all product using this characteristic. Also need a way to link component parts to an assembly so a change to any component part is pushed forward into all the assemblies that use this component.
Pros:
Overall a good system.
Cons:
As stated above, clunky data entry and hard to maintain inspection plan changes.

Comments: We are still configuring the system, so if you would like to check back with us in 4-6 months, the system will have been configured, tested, and released to our management and employees for daily use. By that time we will have a more thorough review and data to share.
Pros:
The IQS eQMS is fully configurable by us, so we are able to build it to match our current QMS procedures and process flows, while also improving them via the IQS eQMS. The costs and cost structure were much more reasonable compared to their competitors.
Cons:
The only con so far is that IQS eQMS is on a new and improved platform and their documentation needs to catch up; in the meantime though they fully make up for it by being very helpful and available as we work to configure our system.
Turn key system with all of the key functions I need.
Comments: Use of the IQS system to control my calibration system has proven to be very effective. The efficiency in which I can designate given task due dates with the instruction for what is needed is a key area of use for my organization.

Best QA Software Available
Comments: After 13 years with IQS my company switched over to SAP and the complexity of SAP makes me wish we were back on IQS. SAP offers no easy way to do searches and what is one or two steps in IQS is as many as 20 steps in SAP. If you have IQS stick with it
Pros:
It is easy to set up products and devices and doing searches is very easy to do. Be nice if exporting data could be done directly into Excel and was faster.
Cons:
no real complaints other than suggestions I made in previous reviews concerning inspection plan setup.

Initial go live found several issues not doing what we thought it should and should have been configured up front.
Fixed rapidly during coricon (for the most part).

Dashboards and capabilities. Relative ease of use with navigations. Options for design and layout.
