Pros:

The product is very easy to use and our investors love it. From the administrative side, it has great functionality. Moreover, the Agora team is always on hand to offer solutions, provide guidance, and update features based on our feedback.

Cons:

When rolling out new features, Agora has, at times, eliminated prior features that worked well. As a start-up, however, I expect them to continue to improve over time (and they consistently do).

Comments: I find agora beneficial for tracking investors positions and allowing the investors to be involved by seeing each and every transaction as well as providing them a portal available 24/7 which includes all their relevant documents and data.

Pros:

The ability to manage every aspect of the investment as well as the investors schedule under one software.

Cons:

The Documents section still requires improvement.

Comments: Agora has greatly helped us improve our customer relations and reporting. Tax documents are handled in a much more secure manner than before. I'm looking forward to seeing what the software grows in to.

Pros:

Amazing support. Customers love it. Mostly simplified deal subscription flow. Forward-thinking executive team. Constantly improving and pushing the envelope on what this kind of software should provide.

Cons:

Lack of API and webhooks makes integrating fully with our workflows impossible. Not sure if anyone really has this. Can be a bit buggy and not everything is logged.

Great product for small Investment companies

Comments: Overall it's been good to use. Its user friendly and any questions I have are answered in a quick and clear manner.

Pros:

Product is pretty easy to use. The customer service is quite good, they are usually pretty responsive.

Cons:

There are still some glitches in the software, sometimes I'll get rerouted to the home page. Under transactions, there are way to many different options that are too similar in title which could be confusing.

Comments: Our experience with Agora has been fantastic. Our onboarding partner, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has been amazing! She knows the product very well and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Pros:

The user interface of the software is very clean and organized, which allows our investors to clearly see their investment profile(s) and easily keep track of their investment capital account. I also love how customizable the software is and how easy it was to deploy.

Cons:

Overall, the product is great. A few things I would like to see added/modified. 1) The ability to upload investor contact information/details into the CRM via Excel. This will help with time management from an admin perspective. 2) I would love to see the 'documents' section be modified to have a more folder-like structure 3) I know the product team is on it but the ability to calculate waterfall returns in the system rather than inputting a number and having an offline schedule doing the math.

some areas with investor percentages need to be more flexible to allow for pre promote and post promote.
