Good Solution
Pros:
Easy to integrate with Salesforce Sales Cloud and store all the interaction with the customer through whatsapp in our CRM
Cons:
Would be great to store videos, audios, docs, etc.

Not exactly what I needed for a
Comments: I've used Tuvis to interface with research sponsors who are evaluating my lab's work. Things like facilitating bug reports and just real-time communication support. Using it was insisted by our sponsors. It was an OK experience, but for the type of communication we needed to do, a more developer centric way of communicating bugs and support items would be better for my lab. That's not to say Tuvis is a bad product, just not the best fit for me. Tuvis could work well for other companies or groups though.
Pros:
Highly integrated with a number of instant messaging apps. Especially works nicely with WhatsApp and iMessage.
Cons:
Just wasn't the best fit for my lab. It was insisted that we use Tuvis for a project by our sponsors. Real-time communication is very smooth but not exactly a good fit for a lab. Looks good for a business though.
An essential part of our sales teams day to day work
Pros:
Due to the nature of our target market, much of our B2C communications go through WhatsApp. Prior to discovering Whatslly we were wasting a huge amount of time manually adding contacts and sending messages. It's not overestimating it when I say we use it every single day and I can't imagine working without it, it's now an essential part of our tech stack. The templates and conversation sync means we save even more time when contacting our clients. Support are super responsive and helpful and new updates are solving problems I didn't even know we had!
Cons:
There's not really anything, but if I were to pick one it would be having to add individual countries that we want to send messages, it would be good if we could add by continent or just add all countries

Useful tool for high-productivity professionals
Comments: I make extensive use of WhatsAPP Web messages and use Whatslly to add them to CRM Salesforce. For my contact management it is essential
Pros:
Very easy to use, efficient WhatsAPP integration. Very useful solution for Salesforce on a daily basis
Cons:
Price is high for smaller companies. Automatic synchronization can improve File upload functionality could be more practical, copying content directly from WhatsAPP

How whatslly can change the gameplay
Comments: It's an amazing tool and works with most industries
Pros:
It helps you to integrate a vital part of your daily work into CRM so as a manager or the business owner can have clarity of what your team is working on and have reports about it
Cons:
That you need to be on your computer and can log the info on your phone

Comments: Excellent.
Pros:
I can log in my activities without any hustle. It has integrated whatsapp and salesforce and makes my life much easier to report my activities.
Cons:
It does not have integerations with apps like Instagram or Facebook but nothing dislikeable about the software in specific.

Comments: I guess it is okay aside from the re occurring issues

I like that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] of whatslly support team are very efficient in resolving issues. the app is also easy to use to see lead details while connecting with them on WhatsApp.
Cons:
Issues are occurring very often and usually, they are the same issues . such as the lead details do not appear on WhatsApp web, it says that the number is not on WhatsApp even when it is when manually inputted on the phone which defeats the purpose of convenience.
The best and crucial
Pros:
In our realty, communication apps became the highway of contact our clients. Whatslly intergrade app with our CRM, and bring a lot of efficiency for our business

Comments: En general buena experiencia, el equipo de acompañamiento muy atento y dispuesto a colaborar.
Pros:
Sin lugar a dudas es una herramienta fácil de instalar e implementar, adicional tiene una curva de aprendizaje muy corta al ser una herramienta muy intuitiva y de fácil adaptación.
Cons:
Nos hubiera gustado tener disponible la opción de contactar grupos de whatsapp mediante whatslly.

Comments: En general cambio mucho nuestra manera de hablar con los clientes. Pudimos dejar muy claro las actividades que tenemos con los clientes, evidenciar que estamos haciendo seguimiento y evidenciar comentarios que nos hacen.
Pros:
Lo que más me Ha gustado es que te da los datos de SalesForce del número de WhatsApp con el que estás hablando así no tienes que guardar a todos los clientes ni acrordarte de quien es quien. La primera vez que lo usé dije wooow esto es brujería !!! Te ahorra muchísimo tiempo. Nos pidieron registrar los WhatsApps más importantes con clientes y con la opción de añadir comentario se resolvió
Cons:
1. Que cada vez que abres un WhatsApp por web: wa.me/xxxxx , te da un botón extra y eso quita muchismio tiempo y lo deje de usar un rato por eso. 2. Que tienes que guardar manualmente el mensaje que quieras (aparte del sync) se me hace tardado pero funciona. 3. Que las actividades no se guardan automáticamente en SF como SMS !!!

Comments: No geral é fácil e pratico de usar. Recomendo!
Pros:
Fácil instalação e muito pratico de se utilizar, link diretamente com o salesforce XP e consigo acompanhar toda regua de relacionamento e agenda com meus clientes.
Cons:
Alguns recursos podem ser melhorados, mas o que menos gostei é que ele só é funcional como extensão do google chrome, eu também utilizo microsoft edge e não é possível utilizar por lá quando meu whatsapp está logado.

Agilidade e Facilidade
Comments: Foi uma experiência para testar a nova ferramenta que veio para agregar, inteirar nossa comunicação e o modo como podemos lidar com o trabalho no dia-a-dia.
Pros:
O software nos permite manter um contato profissional e pessoal ao mesmo tempo, dando facilidade de contato com clientes e processos referentes ao trabalho.

Ahorra tiempo y super facil de usar
Comments: Herramienta facil de usar, me permite guardar lo que necesito sin llenar de información innecesaria.
Pros:
Al dia hay muchas interacciones de clientes por medio de mensajes, con esta herramienta no pierdo trazabilidad de mi comunicación y reviso en un solo sistemas mis tareas pendientes o lo que acorde con el cliente.
Cons:
Seria ideal poder guardar los audios automaticamente con el Sync Up.

Comments: Tudo registrado após o uso das redes sociais dentro da ferramenta CRM.
Pros:
Funções Práticas, onde o usuário tem total liberdade de likar todas as informações entre a rede social e a ferramentas dentro da do Ambiente de CRM.
Cons:
Difícil de descrever o que menos gostei, pode ser que a atualização das informações entre o Whatsapp e o CRM ficou por algum momento desatualizada, porém nada inconveniente após ajuste.

Comments: Mejor open conversion.
Pros:
Whats app conectado directamente al CRM. También me permite contactar con mis clientes sin tener que ofrecerles mi número personal, ya que uso el número de salesloft.
Cons:
No se pueden crear cadencias o mensajes automáticos

Comments: En general es buena, funcional. Algunas veces olvido utilizarlo, podria encontrar una forma de recordatorio que la herramienta esta ahil

Una herramienta que me permite consolidar en el CRM las notas provenientes de WA con un par de clicks.
Cons:
Se desconecta constantemente de WA y por rapidez no guardo las conversaciones.
