> **Pros**: Microsoft Intune simplifies user and device management so much, particularly with cloud-based deployment. Patch management is a quiet behind-the-scenes activity that assures me systems are current without requiring minute-by-minute vigilance. The feature set contains everything except the items our employees don't require, and user administration is a snap.

> **Cons**: Customer support is slow during peak times, and some of the more expensive features took me a while to adjust to.
> 
> It has saved us effort and time, offering excellent value by making device and security management a lot easier for our business.
