> **Pros**: Have used OctoberCMS off and on for the past five years.  It is lightweight and fairly no-nonsense.  That means it's fast, and I'm someone who appreciates a more low-level and efficient approach.  I have no problem or regrets paying for the license because IT IS WORTH IT.

> **Cons**: It's a little janky if you want to do something basic like point to a plain old .html file in the directory.  Gotta do some fancy footwork for things like that but it is still do-able.
