> **Pros**: Having the option to order groceries online is great when they actually do what they say they will.&#10;\*\*\*

> **Cons**: Customer service was terrible\!  I had to cancel an order because it was going to be delivered an hour late, and they charged me a cancellation fee of 15.00 plus tax. They could not meet their service promise and proceeded to charge me a ridiculous fee for a problem they caused\!  Deleted my account and will never use this service again\!  Terrible customer service to burden your customers with fees when you can’t meet your own service promises.  Unethical cancellation policy\!\!\!

> Had many instances of items being wrong, and late.  This was the last straw. Will never use them again\!  Zero support when things don’t go as planned and they charge you fees when they make mistakes and refuse outright to do a simple thing in order to make it right\!  I hope they’re happy with their last $15.00 plus tax from my account.  They have now lost my business forever and everyone I know will know about this unethical practice of theirs as well.

> **Cons**: They are the most unorganized company I have ever had dealings with\! The batches they put together are so far away from where you shop, it is totally not worth it to do a shop. Some of the batches had me driving for 100 km and only paying $25. I would end up making about $5 after paying for my gas, not even mentioning my time to complete the order. Customer service for the shoppers is a total waste of time. None of the agents know how to fix an issue quickly.

> **Pros**: I love that we can have our office's perishables delivered from trusted sources and without a trip to the grocery store. Prices are marked up but not unreasonably so.

> **Cons**: The customer service for anything beyond a missing item is atrocious. If you have an order problem, that is usually handled with a few clicks quickly and efficiently. If you are honest and not abusing "missing items" you're credited right away. If you have any problem that involves a human and not AI, it is an endless cycle of being bounced between chats with no substantial answers/fixes. The customer service has made me contemplate canceling once.
